  • Willkommen a nuestro B & B romántico en el país del vino de Texas.

    Incrustado en un bonito jardín, las dos cabañas Rapunzel y Rumpelstilzchen son recordatorios de antiguas viviendas germánicas de la temprana edad media.

    En la planta baja, en cada cabaña, encontrará una acogedora sala de estar, cocina, baño y dormitorio y otro dormitorio en el desván.
    Una vieja rueca en el desván de Rumpelstilzchen te reta a explorar este antiguo arte. Una colección de fascinantes pinturas de hadas creadas por la anfitriona te saluda en Rapunzel.

    Puedes relajarte en el estanque, alimentar a los peces dorados y escuchar a las ranas cantando al sonido de la cascada.

    Beba una copa de vino en el pequeño patio frente a las cabañas o en el gran patio al lado de la casa principal.

    Disfrute de un incendio en la hoguera en la parte trasera de la propiedad junto al arroyo o en la hermosa chimenea en el gran patio.

It was a magical experience to watch the Solar Eclipse at Rapunzel Cottage. All 5 days of our vacation were outstanding. The property owners are wonderful hosts.

Whimsical get away

This was a great weekend getaway with a friend. We enjoyed starting our day eating the provided breakfast on the front porch and watching the wildlife in the enchanting garden. The cottage was as described and an easy drive to wineries. Henry and Barbara are welcoming hosts.

Idyllic and cozy property! Wish I could have stayed longer, but was just in one night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Location coul d not be better, halfway between Hye and Fredericksburg. Owner greeted us graciuously and his wife prepared the most delicious breakfast. Look forward to another visit.

Cozy cabins well suited for a couple

This property is so cute. There are two small cabins that are perfect for a couple with one child. The upstairs part is very small and would be good for a child. The owners were so nice and our light breakfast was good! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay at Rapunzel’s Cottage was a dream come true! The German fairytale architecture immediately sets the scene, and inside, Barbara’s beautiful fairy paintings add such a magical, personal touch. We were worried about the freezing temperatures, but we stayed perfectly cozy and warm.The daily breakfasts were a wonderful surprise—the grape tomatoes were so sweet and amazing! We also loved the whimsical beads hanging from the trees in the woods. One of the highlights was the communal fire pit; it was so fun meeting neighbors from the other cottages. Henry is a fantastic storyteller, and his tales of adventures and inventions kept us thoroughly entertained under the stars. We plan on coming back every season!

Wine tasting trip

My daughter and I stayed here for our wine tasting adventure. The place was very peaceful. Loved the breakfast basket full of goodies.. Cottage was cozy. Very clean. Will return.

Absolutely Amazing!

This place is really unique and a great place to stay. The rapunzel cottages are well designed and decorated. The owner is very friendly and responsive. The grounds have lots of interesting things like hammocks, frog pond and LED lights that make it a magical place. They provide a free bottle of wine and an amazing breakfast of meats cheeses yoghurts and other goodies. We will definitely be back!

Sisters trip

My sister and I started an annual tradition of taking a weekend vacation and this was our first. The owner was very friendly, provided breakfast and check out was very simple. The cabin was stocked with everything needed. Great trip.

A lovingly curated cabin with a fantastic frog pond! A great place to stay if you want to explore Fredericksburg but sleep somewhere woodsy and peaceful.

We walked into a fairytale

My mother and I traveled to Fredericksburg for a friend's wedding. When we arrived Henry greeted us and took us to our cottage. We were pleasantly surprised that our stay included a bottle of wine and snacks. Although our visit was for under 24 hours. We arrived on Easter Saturday and departed on Easter Sunday our time at the cottage was delightful. From every carefully curated detail in the space to the breakfast the morning. I think my favorite item was the Sirius Radio. When my mother and I returned from the wedding. We enjoyed the wine while listening to Frank Sinatra. We walked into a fairytale and we can't wait to return with our family!

Enchanting Stay

This property really is magical! It's like staying in a dollhouse or a fairy tale. My mom and I spent Mother's Day weekend here and very much enjoyed the adorable cottage, and sitting on the front porch watching the ducks during the day and listening to the frogs at night. The property owner showed us around when we arrived and stopped by to check on us while we sat on the porch one night. We loved the breakfast that was delivered to the cottage each morning. We will definitely stay again!

Relaxing and charming

These small cottages are very comfortable and the property itself has so many places to relax and enjoy the weather. It feels secluded and private, but is convenient to lots of places. Breakfast was delicious and we had everything we wanted or needed. The hospitality made for an excellent weekend getaway!

Magical garden

Spring ducklings and magical dragons in a charming cottage. The owners are quite lovely and the stay was blissful. We loved the breakfast and the overall peaceful atmosphere. It’s handy to the wine trail and Fredericksburg. Can’t wait for the next stay
