This historic home has been remodeled with an open floor plan to bring the whole group together. it's refined to the nth degree, but not without personality: delightful decor and pops of color will bring a smile to your face as you go about your day. With plenty of room to spread out and relax, plus a location just a few blocks from Main Street, no two days here need to be the same.

You can hit the town, drifting between tasting rooms, shops, eateries, and the Marktplatz. Or you can settle in at home, enjoying a breeze and a bottle of wine on the back porch lounge, or an afternoon of sunshine in a grassy yard with a grill.

There are two buildings on the property (The Main Haus & The Bunkhaus). You and the other members of your reservation will have exclusive access to the Bunkhaus. However, the Main Haus will not be accessible to your group and it will not be rented to anyone else during your time at the property.

Please be aware that all of the bedrooms are upstairs.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
