This suite will leave you speechless, brand new and no expenses spared. When you walk into the suite your breath will be taken away- by king size tufted linen headboard out lined with mirror. Flanked with four foot tall vintage wall sconces and mirrored night stands and so much more.
Enjoy the limestone courtyard, where you can sip on wine in front of a outdoor fireplace or soak away the big city blues in the hot tub. Newly renovated, no expense, with granite counter tops, stone and wood floors through out.

Beautifully designed spaces prepared to meet your every need. Furnished by two of our favorite stores here in Fredericksburg.
We are 1/2 a block from downtown Marketplatz, Main Street shops and restraurants, in the middle of the historic district. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with cucumber water and a snack, but first you'll get a personal and complete tour of the property.
You will find monogrammed robs, lighted makeup mirror, hair dryers, umbrellas and much more... Don't forget that all the furnishings can be ordered in this room,
Please remember we are very close to down town main,but one block off- so you here no road noise 😊

Weekend getaway

Great location within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and museums. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Charcuterie, sparkling wine, and fresh juice were thoughtful touches.

Wonderful place.

Stayed two nights for a craft beer festival that took place at the city park which was located one block from our cottage, the location made it a breeze to walk to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful private patio. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice place. Quiet and somewhat secluded (the adjoining unit wasn't occupied). Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Appreciated the champagne, and the cheese & meat board was amazing. We didn't feel like we were close enough to walk to Main Street (lots of traffic and lack of sidewalks) but it was a short drive. Would stay again.

Wonderful experience!

The property was immaculate, cozy and inviting. Our host was welcoming and went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is conveniently located off Main St, which was a huge plus for us. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Great Locale!!

We stayed Dec 28-30 and had a great time! Check-in was straightforward and welcome gift of champagne/orange juice and charcuterie board was appreciated! Location was perfect for just parking our car in the private lot and walking over to Main Street to explore the town.

Fantastic hill country get away!

We had an amazing stay in Fredericksburg! The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. It made exploring the area so convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a central spot!

Oktoberfest stay

Clean and roomy. However, amenities lacking. No dish soap to clean dishes, no hooks in bathroom to hang towels or clothes, small TV screen that could not be moved or angled different direction, no instruction how to obtain movies on TV, bed mattress and pillows too soft and sinks. Furniture was more for looks than comfort. Hot tub was not private since curtains do not cover it and a street light in the parking area glares at you outside and unable to turn off.

Eclipse 2024

An incredible place to view the Total Eclipse, we sat outside with our special glasses and enjoyed unique privacy and comfort for the event,the property was quiet, clean and well stocked by Shelley our superb host. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Fredericksburg Tx and would definitely stay there again!

Great location, soft bed, nice bathroom

Location was very close to the center of main street so my wife and I were able to walk everywhere. But not to close so it was pretty quiet. The host provided a nice cheese board with fresh orange juice and sparkling wine brut for mimosas in the morning. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was roomy.

Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful property located in the perfect area. Owner went above and beyond. Check in process was super easy and we were surprised with a wonderful charcuterie board and mimosas. Hot tub was on and ready to use. Owner gave great restaurant recommendations and very familiar with the area. Have to say one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed.

Very lovely property owner and property!

Property and room were wonderful. Extremely comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived. Very close to downtown so we were able to walk to near by shops and restaurants.

PERFECT!!

This property was not only adorable but super close to all the shops! You could tell there’s definitely attention to details going on in this lovely place. The courtyard fireplace and hot tub were a special treat for sure. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again soon!
