The motel room itself was a little old and not well lit. They did a nice job decorating but you can tell there are some fixes that need to be done. "Overall, it was ok. The room had a hole in the floor that was covered by the carpet, and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bathroom was small, but usable. The pool was amazing! The concrete around the pool was heaving and definitely needs to be repaired. The decking in there also needs to be repaired as we got slivers from it. There was a lot of traffic, and people outside with all of their belongings, just sitting there. Not a bad location, to the beach or other amenities, but it was ok."

"The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...

"They cancelled my booking when I tried to check in because I was traveling with a cat. It was one night. Instead me and my pet slept in the car that night and I got zero money back because the booking was non refundable. These people didn’t even try. I will never trust a “Quality” inn and suites again. They took my money and I had nowhere to stay. Completely unacceptable. "
