"We had a wonderful stay at Aplend City. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was small but it did the job of getting refreshed and clean. We loved the lounge area in the center of the rooms where we could gather to visit and play cards with our other travelers. Great location- easy access to shops, restaurants and sights in Bratislava. "Easy bus ride or a decent 20 minute walking distance to city center Bratislava. Great stay, very clean and room was as pictured, friendly staff that was able to hold luggage before check-in and after check-out. Kitchen had full cooking amenities which was convenient though we didn’t use. Washing machine was helpful AC was in living room and worked well, though had to keep doors in both bedrooms open to get circulation at night. "

"Staff courteous, easy access to town and clean room. The lounge on the 5th floor is nice and offers a variety of snacks and drinks. The only downside was the hotel bar, it’s not bad but it could be better. There is too much light and the drinks are just ok. There are many other bars in town with a better atmosphere and drinks. "
