"The apartment was a nice size. It had everything we needed."

"We are so happy to have stumbled upon this property! As dog owners, we cherish times spent with our pup and our forever grateful for places that allow us to bring him. we were in studio unit number 18. The air conditioner was cold, was fast, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from outside while sleeping. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants, as well as a smooth contact free check-in process made it even better. We will definitely be back!"

"We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again. "

We love this location with our food favs (Thai Buddha, Mellow Mushroom pizza) just a few blocks away, and not much more of a walk north to the natural foods grocery or south to JAX Beach pier and shops. "Well maintained, kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Steps to the beach on a boardwalk that has two areas to rinse off the sand. Unfortunately it stormed a few times but the options on the TVs were great. Would stay again for sure. "

"We spent a long weekend at this condo and loved it. Location on the beach with a top level view of the beach is perfect. Easy access to the beach if you don’t mind some stairs. Nice that they had a hose to rinse off your feet. Super clean. Can’t speak to kitchen supplies as we didn’t cook. "

"I wanted an oceanfront condo with a pool and this one worked out well. The murphy bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean. I just sold my last rental property in the area so the only suggestion I would make to the owners is to add a grab bar in the shower. "
