"The staff was great. However, the property is dated and not well kept. Stains on the carpet, missing toilet seat screw cap, stains on the furniture, dirt stains on the tub floor, Popcorn ceiling, and crumbs on the seats in the room to name a few. If you are sensitive to uncleanliness, then I would suggest a different hotel.
It was not all bad. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome the staff was. The complimentary breakfast and WiFi was good. The location is also great. There are some nice...

"We arrived early. Anthony tried to find us a room upon our arrival but nothing was available. Since we needed to catch the 1:00 pm train to Washington DC , he got our baggage in storage and said that he would call when the a room was available.
Anthony did call to let me know that our room was ready for us when we arrived back . We got back to the hotel around 11:30 pm. We were checked-in and luggage retrieved in a matter of minutes."

Favour checked us in and was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
Hotel itself was nice but was downtown downtown, which made it a little tighter/cramped feeling. There were other hotels that seemed to be more spacious in terms of the grounds.
Would stay again!"

"Worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel - called and emailed to confirm availability of a crib on arrival told none available. On escalation to manager (Kenya) told to either accept the room or move to another hotel.
Breakfast is inedible, only coffee available in a large hotel is terrible sachet instant coffee.
On checkout receptionist didn’t look up from her phone and just scowled as I put card in jar."
