"Dark Horse Manor is a grand estate, very large rooms and every bedroom has an ensuite. This estate is really unique - you will never find another property like it! The grounds are so beautiful, private and- quiet. Yet, it is just 10 -15 minutes from grocery stores, etc. We were allowed to bring a very well trained standard poodle with us - he is a therapy dog. Our House Manager, Austin, lives on the property and was there to help us in minutes of our text to him. It was a wonderful place...

"Very clean room. All amenities available. Very small, not much area to place anything (for 2 people) as far as luggage or on bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable, A/C nice and cold. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice yard, but on a very busy road. Could not hear any traffic noise in our room however. Mark was very attentive, should we have needed anything. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the front. "

"Very cute place. Convenient to downtown Franklin and The First Bank Amphitheater. Clean and comfy. Great check in and communication. This unit is downstairs so keep that in mind if your are a light sleeper. Mini split system was a bit problematic but host/mgt company very helpful"
