"Excellent experience at this property! The only thing I wasn't aware of was that it wasn't staffed 24/7. Luckily I was arriving before 8 PM when the lobby closed, and I believe there were other methods for checking in, but I wish that would have been Made more clear upon booking. "Check in was super easy. It doesn’t look inviting from the street level, but the backyard, dock and curb appeal from the boat, including the deck chair area by the lake is very nice. The amenities gave us plenty to do on a rainy day with pool table and cornhole (under covered deck). The central location and short drive back to Auburn were great as well. "

"The house was great for our two families with kids ranging from 2-9. The bunk room with the loft was great for the kids. The access to the lake was easy and convenient. Our 22’ boat was easily able to be tied off to the dock. The kids really enjoyed jumping off and swimming off the dock."

"This property was super clean, very quiet, and comfortable. It isn't fancy, but it had everything we needed. We drank coffee on the pier, watched the birds, and even caught a few fish. And, since we were there to visit our kids at school, it was great that Auburn is just 25 minutes away. We'd certainly stay here again."

"We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful. It was clean when we arrived and we loved the balcony that overlooked the lake. Our only complaint would be that the hot water supply was a little low if two people were showering at the same time. Other than that we had a wonderful stay at this property. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay at the lake was AMAZING thanks to Rachel and her dedication to making everything perfect! From the amenities, boats, kayaks, parking, access to the lake, and even the recommendations left, we will not stay at another location when we come to Lake Martin!Acapulco Island and Chimney Rock are just around the bend, and the distance to the Marina cannot be beat. Neighbors were kind, welcoming, and Rachel left us a basket of treats for the weekend! My father was celebrating his birthday, and...
