"The cabin was perfect for the weekend we had planned. It's clean and well stocked, pictures don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful and the river access is excellent for wading. It's a quiet and peaceful retreat and Andy is an excellent host. We'll be back!"

"We stayed here with 4 adults and two children while my son played in a tournament at Allstar Village. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Making meals were somewhat challenging because the lack of utensils and the grill was a mess. Other than that everything was perfect. "

"We stayed for a short weekend trip in the autumn and we had a great time. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the owners and the beautiful views that this property had to offer. Definitely a 5 star experience! "

"Very happy with the property. It is right on the lakeside and the lake is rather still most days making for great kayaking. The lake itself is pretty muggy so swimming, at least in this section of it, is not happening. However, the view and ambiance of the area is great. The neighbors to the right are pretty close, and it seems most houses in this area are rentals so Saturday night got pretty loud around us. The kitchen comes stocked with most things you need, and the beds were very comfortable....

The cabin is off a road but once you drive up to it, you feel nature and our dog loved running in the woods behind the house. The cabin has all the amenities you need, although wifi is spotty. "What a find! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Spruce Lake. It was beyond amazing- private property and lake with crystal clear water, meant kayaking and paddle boarding, and fishing, too. We grilled most every dinner and celebrated a family member’s birthday! Ping Pong and foosball were enjoyed by many! Each night was capped off by a roaring fire in the fire pit. Took advantage of location to go hiking and birdwatching. Being away from city lights allowed us to see the Milky Way and...
