"Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!"

"The Comfort Inn was nestled in a great quiet area with easy access to I65. The bed was comfortable. Walked across the street to a great restaurant. Then drove a quarter mile to the Galleria mall for some walking/shopping. Would stay again."

"Everything at the Drury was wonderful from the staff to the room. The beds were comfortable their free breakfast in the morning is phenomenal. We were so busy that we didn’t take advantage of the happy hour, but it looked amazing There really isn’t much negative. I have to say but it was an annoyance not to have a fan in the bathroom, so it was a long time before he escape the room."

"Somewhat difficult to find, but friendly front desk in large lobby. Clean, well maintained and quiet rooms with excellent lighting. Hot breakfast above average. Excellent value."

"This is a great place to stay. There is an outside area that is great if you are traveling with a dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry machines are free."

"Overall this was fine. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. Our room was missing soap - liquid and bar - in the bath and kitchen. We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. The breakfast options weren’t as good as other stays we’ve had with homewood, but we managed to feed our family of six. Entry to the hotel parking lot is an issue. The road from the highway is divided and a left into the lot is impossible. U turns are forbidden at the...

"Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption."

"The hotel is wonderful. Clean, fresh, very well kept. My only complaint is that they were remodeling the 2nd floor where the rooftop bar is located and we were so looking forward to an evening on the bar enjoying the landscape. Oh, and they could use a little better pillows. The hotel staff was amazing to help us get settled in to the perfect room for our 2 night stay. Will definitely stay here again when in town and hopefully the rooftop bar will be open and ready to enjoy."

"Early evening checking in with staff was easy. The staff member was friendly, polite, and helpful. Best to not have a room with a pool view as noise carries and it was loud and late from a party of children and parents. Other guests across the hall decided to shout out between rooms after 1am also disrupting some needed rest after a long day of traveling."
