Beautiful stay, clean and accommodating vacation house.

The house was clean, well equipped and very beautiful view looking to river, just like it described in listing. We are a group of mostly seniors (2 of us needed time when using stairs), I didn’t see any ramps for wheelchair accessible, but you can contact the property manager. Overall the seniors were very satisfied stayed in here!

Little Tennessee River Gem

We rented this home for family members who were visiting from South Dakota. It was perfect in every way. We live up high so they had both a mountain view and the beautiful view of the Little Tennessee River. The sound of the river was soothing and the large porch provided a place just to sit and soak in the peace. It is a lovely place and we will rent it again when we have more family than can stay with us.

Place was better than the pictures. So quiet except for the lovely river sound. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Dry clean! They answer any questions faster than any other place I have stayed. Loved it! Would highly recommend.

Perfection

From the well appointed cabin to the lovely river and wildlife, we couldn’t have asked for more. Only regret was just staying for 2 nights. Needed more time to enjoy this wonderful getaway! Host could not have been more welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!

Second Five Star Stay

The cabin was perfect for family time for grandparents and three grandchildren (4,5,9 y/0). The accommodations were clean and all we needed to cook meals, relax, and rest. VERY comfortable. The host's communication was timely and professional. The river was clear and easy pace to float. The cabin is just far enough "away" yet close to fun activities. During our time there we visited waterfalls, rafted the Nantahala, tubed the river behind the cabin, mined for gems, visited Fontana Dam & Bryson City, took a late afternoon pontoon ride, went on a guided fishing trip, and the kids loved "The Factory." We cannot wait to return.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful time at wine down. It was perfect. For a couple that loves fishing and outdoors this place is a gem. The sound of the water is very relaxing and the view at night, watching the fireflies was spectacular. Love everything about this place. The cabin has everything we needed (even sunscreen!). Property owner or manager was easy to reach and very accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Reliance on cell service and internet made everyone actually makr conversation because although those things are available it was really laggy and cell service was spoty but everyonr had a good time regardless!

Amazing property!

Riverside Paradise

Everything about our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The host was very prompt and helpful in answering questions. The house was exactly as listed and so clean and comfortable and very well stocked with all the comforts of home. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed morning and evening fires by the river, with firewood delivered by a very nice man and his father at a very reasonable rate. We would definitely rent this home again in the future if possible.

Great getaway in the mountains

The property is absolutely gorgeous and located close to town. We enjoyed watching wildlife and people floating in the river. Our only complaint was the water in the house smelled like sulfur. The property manager came right away to change the filter and it helped but you can still smell it. As someone with a well myself I struggle with the same issues. Didn’t keep us from having a great stay. Just make sure you bring your own drinking water.

Fishing & relaxing by the river

This property was very clean, and the amenities were as advertised. We cooked some meals there, and we had everything we needed. The house is a little off the beaten path, so our cell phone reception was limited, but the Wifi was fine. I have stayed in alot of vacation rentals, and must say again my biggest compliment is how clean it was!!!

Absolutely Beautiful

Staying at the edge of the beautiful Little Tennessee River was a treat. The sound of the rushing water is peaceful. The house is very well appointed, tastefully done, and very CLEAN. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Peace and Tranquility

This is my second time staying here. This time I took my elderly parents (Mom has late stage dementia and Dad has heart and other heath issues). We enjoyed the peace and tranquility so much that we added an extra night to our stay! The house is amazing too!! Everything you need for a relaxing get away.
