Great parking spaces. Deer every day to watch from inside. Nice charcoal grill. Plenty of comfortable seating around the TV and a nice woodstove.

Location was convenient. Lovely inside, but disappointed on cleanliness. Mildew on most windows and in master bath shower door, bathroom floor and some furniture. Floors not very clean, bought cleaning supplies for some of these issues. Did not contact owner as did not want cleaning ladies to come during our stay. If issues are addressed this would be a great place to return.

This is a beautiful home. Plenty of space. Close enough to Franklin to go into town and not feel like you have been in the car all day. We will stay here again.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the house. The windowsills were full of mold. The toilets were not clean, and there was no toilet bowl cleaner. There were dozens of dead flies. We bought a broom and dustpan and we cleaned.

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our short stay in this spacious, comfortable and lovely home. The kitchen had an abundance of cookware, silverware and cookware. It also had all the appliances necessary for an extended stay.The location was close to Franklin and easy to get to restaurants and shopping.Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful experience

Franklin

We stay at this property as often as possible. Lovely place and perfect for us. Always clean and neat. Feels like home. Beyond well Equipped kitchen. We always put corn out for the deer and enjoy their visits. We can’t wait until our next visit. Only thing better would be owning it ourselves.

Easy Check In

We stayed at this property for two weeks. The home is dated but spacious. The beds slept wonderful but the furniture in the living area was not comfortable. There is a lot of iron in the water. The inside of the home has a great open plan but the outside needs a lot of care including the yard. My communication with the owner was excellent. I would have loved to give the property a 5 star but the problems I have noted keeps me from doing so.

Great kitchen with clean, well working appliances. Wonderful flow to the house., Nice large hottub in the bathroom with plenty of hot water. This was my fourth time renting here. it feels like home

Great country retreat

The house was wonderful and quiet. We saw a family of deer the first night. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of cookware. We brought our two dogs and found a great park for a walk. The towns people were friendly and the overall spirit of the town was loving and family oriented. We would definitely live to stay again. Thank you.

Our favorite VRBO

This is our 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed here. We absolutely love this place. It feels just like home when we walk in the door. The location is close to family and friends nearby and also close to anything we want to do on our visits. We can’t wait to come back and hopefully this house is available.

Pre-Thanksgiving getaway with family

Our family enjoyed our stay in the mountains. The house is easy to navigate to yet nicely hidden in the woods with excellent views from the back balcony. We saw several deer during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped and an Ingles is just up the road. The main living space is roomy and master bedroom and bathroom are large. We had plenty of hot water and two bathrooms is great with teenagers. The DSL Internet was good and Verizon cellular was surprising fast, which was great for remote work. The stand-alone wood fireplace was so easy to use and put out a lot of heat. Just minutes from downtown Franklin and easy access to major roads. We would stay here again.

Family Time

Thank you for sharing your home. This is the third year we have enjoyed your lovely home. It has anything you may need in the kitchen and the beds are really comfortable. I enjoyed watching the birds and deer off the back porch. The drive is easy to get in and out of. The location is off enough to be quiet but close enough to local stores if you should need to get something you may have forgotten. Looking forward to next year's trip.

Great stay again

This is our third time staying here and we look forward to coming back again soon. Carolyn is accommodating as always. Love the view out back with deer in the yard every day and lots of birds, including hummingbirds. We'lll be back.
