"Ryan was a super host! He was accommodating to our needs beyond what any other host would do! The place was perfect for our family (8 adults, 4 kids and the dog). The hot tub was definitely a big hit with the kids. The barn was the perfect spot to celebrate a big birthday, not to mention the wonderful singing on the karaoke stage. I definitely recommend staying here and hope we can go back in the future! Thanks Ryan!"

"What a nice oasis on a long trip on the road! I stayed here with my two children en route to converge on the coast with the rest of our party, and this was the midpoint.The plants are great, I am actually expecting to catch heat from my plant loving partner who wasn't with us yet I assessed the residence for privacy concerns and found nothing unusual with IR/EM and rf scanning. "There was a Keurig coffee maker in the home, and several coffee shops nearby. Such a cute little tow. We enjoyed time at the Adena Mansion, Hopewell National Historical Park and even hiking up in the orchard. If we would’ve thought to bring warm clothes, we could’ve enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of towels and washcloths and even a hairdryer with diffuser under the sink. Very nice stay!! "

"Needed a multi bedroom alternative to two hotel rooms. The Loft was so great. Hip and cool part of town. Central, so close to everything. Inside was fantastic! Host thought about guest experience! It is an upstairs “Loft” so be ready to take luggage up steps. It is downtown in a very cool area so on street parking is limited and regulated. But Host has a spot for you in back. That street parking is awesome for load /unload."
