"Our only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough! Everything else was great! The place was super clean. Communication was great, they reached out to see if we would be there to check in before they left for the evening. We enjoyed everything about our stay!"

"The room was very nice. This hotel is a about 5 minutes down the road from all the action. It's in a quieter part of town and a less crowded part of the beach. The bar was not open very often at night, but did seem to serve breakfast daily."

"The room was very run down with a strange smell when we checked in. They scanned my drivers license and credit card then GAVE ME someone ELSES card information. When I complained checking out they said that it was from “seven years ago” when the card had not even expired yet. When I called to inquire about a late check in the man was very rude on the phone. The only plus was the bed was comfy."

We stayed on the 11th floor with two young children and were never told at check-in that 1 of the 2 elevators was completely out of service. They simply placed a wet floor sign in front of it. Because only one elevator was working, wait times were often 30-45 minutes since it had to stop on nearly every floor. "Breakfast was hot and tasty. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was great. But.. They can paint all they want..its still on older hotel.. carpet squares on the floor. No counter top in the bath just a pedestal sink and rusty short wire shelving.. this is not representative of the Hampton Inn's we are accustom to. There are too many other choices in the area. We wont be back. "

"Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The front desk staff weren’t the nicest, the housekeeping staff were very nice and willing to help. The room felt very wet and had a musty smell. You had to let the water run for five+ minutes in the shower to have any sort of warm water. It was decent for the price, but I would not stay again."
