"Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind.
The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

"As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. It has good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Property staff and host Susana are very responsive and helpful.
Very relaxing and fun, we had a great time.

"the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach.
we enjoyed our pool very much !!
the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."

"Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities. Only complaints (and hate to complain about paradise, but if this means a lot to you) was that sick sick? What’s going on? Yeah does anyone at home now? OK you can either use your phone or my phone to call her yeah, that’s fine. Let me just take your."
