"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"

"This is a really great property! Family friendly, clean, well stocked and prepared for a weekend of fun. The cabin had little moths in the upstairs bedrooms and around the cabin. "The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. "There was a broken light switch in the bathroom. My wife received an actual shock when she turned on the light. Parking was listed at $35.00 per night, but I was charged $50.00 per night! We couldn't use the stove top without the smoke alarm going off, even with the outside doors open and the stove fan-vent on high. The coffee was undrinkable."

"Walking distance to restaurants. Very basic amenities but no where to hang any clothes if needed. We were attending a wedding and had to go purchase our own hangers and use the coat rack to hang our clothes up. Also, hot water takes about ten minutes or more to work for showers and the bed sheets had to be changed as they smelt very sweaty and dirty when we arrived. "

"I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night.
