"This property is part of the Relais & Chateaux group of hotels so expect high quality. Our rooms were small but well-designed. Bathrooms are wonderful with great bathtubs. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants so cannot comment on food. The staff were very responsive and recommended restaurants and shopping options. Hotel location was perfect in a semi-residential area but within walking distance to Duomo and shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again."

Well maintained room with enough towels and bath supplies. 24-hour access to coffee, hot water, cold water, and carbonated water."

"Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good ."

Diese schrieb mir einen Tag vorher, ich solle Scans unserer Reisepässe schicken, um den Check in zu erleichtern - aber leider ohne Angabe einer Mailadresse. Rückfrage wurde nicht beantwortet. Beim Check in dann die lange Schlange, weil ein älterer Mitarbeiter alle Daten manuell eingeben musste. Unser gebuchtes Vierbettzimmer wurde kurzerhand an die Familie vor uns abgegeben und wir erhielten ein Apartment, das diese abgelehnt hatte! Hilfskräfte...
