Plaça Foxhall

The room was absolutely beautiful—clean, chic, and very well maintained. I loved the modern décor and how fresh and comfortable everything felt. The space was stylish without sacrificing comfort, and you could tell attention was given to the little details. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Staff was friendly IF ( and only if ) members of staff spoke / understood enough English to answer your questions, In three days they never once managed to match up the number of guests with the number of towels in my room and give me three of each for me and my 2 other guests. They did let me know at check in that staff only comes every other day to make up beds and / or replace sheets on bed. What they don't tell you is the fact if you leave ANYTHING on your bed ( including remote for TV or other item(s) that clearly belong to hotel and are not personal items ) on those days you have forfeited clean sheets or at least a made up bed. TV stations were usually out of order unless you want to watch sports: there was more than enough sports stations and I'm sure one of them worked at all times. Breakfast was good especially the waffles but not enough options for guests with dairy / gluten allergies. The coffee and hot tea bar is available around the clock ( which is very nice) but it wouldn't hurt to clean up every couple hours so it doesn't look like a circle K after Monday morning rush hour
