"Room was clean but very dated no outer building doors locked"

"Rooms are very dated. Even the round toilet seat is from the 90’s. Bed bugs were found. Moved to new room. Water stains on ceiling. USB ports don’t work. Only bonus is the AC works good and is loud. Definitely less quality than expected. No money seems to get spent on basic improvements. "

"Had not stayed here before. Looks like very recent total update of hotel. Always liked Fairfields. Manager was great & helped find nice restaurant for Sunday dinner. Would definately recommend & would stay here again."

"Breakfast was terrible and there was even a sign threatening paying customers that if you removed even a muffin you'd be charged $50. Microwave didn't work and front desk lady gave nothing but attitude when she had to come to the room to look at it. And to top it off we were told the pool waa open and it was not and we couldn't even set by the pool to enjoy the weather. "
