"The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the benefit of beach supplies and surf boards from the hotel instead of renting from beach vendors. This was easy and a bonus savings.
The breakfast was generous and had plenty of options. The Duck Dive was ok for hotel bar food and the pricing was as expected. The pool and evening movies were a fun extra.
My only complaint is the room lighting. We had to keep the curtains closed so people couldn't look in as they walked by, but the room...

"Recently updated everything felt new and clean. We had a King on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. There was a separate bedroom with a separate thermostat for the bedroom and the living area, something not often found in similar hotels. "There was a terrible odor all through the hallway. Rooms were just ok except for the sugar ants that were everywhere and our little tiny fridge was rickety and froze everything. I have meds that needed refrigerated and it was a challenge to keep it safe. For the money I’d stay somewhere else. It was a tad disappointing. Staff was pretty nice with the minimal contact we had with them."
