"Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Excellent river view to front from elevated position . Temporary parking outside to unload is permitted . Good public parking 200 yards. 16 for a week. Only negatives, single toilet on ground floor , beds first floor; steep steps from road to front door. "

"Hotel was excellent, seemingly only opened a short while. The rooms were well appointed and the gym/cafe/pool were all great. Staff were friendly and the location was good, outside the town itself but nice and quiet with walkable beaches nearby."

"We enjoyed exploring the Cornish coastline from this little cottage on a farm. The bed is very comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the shower is hot. Lynne was a charming host. "

"What a beautiful apartment! Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony were spectacular! The beach was a couple of mins walk. And was a joy to walk along every evening. We found the apartment well located to explore Cornwall. And it was a very short drive to Newquay for any supplies you need. Could not recommend more. The staff were delightful and helpful "

"Cottage is very well equipped right in the middle of Looe. Easy to park to unload - and about 10-mins walk to the main car park. Nice sitting on the bench outside!"

"We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed."

The owner does provide an accurate location before checking in however. Fantastic week in a beautiful location, will hopefully return one day."

"The location is excellent for that true English experience with rolling green hills and flowers everywhere. Tight roads and tall hedgerows. The home opens up to enjoy all of this all wile having a beautiful view of the ocean. The walks were incredible! Go one direction and enjoy walk paths with pastures and green countryside. Walk the other direction and find a beautiful beach and rocks to walk along the ocean! Mark was wonderful to work with. He was there if we had any questions or assistance!...

"Lovely, modern, spacious apartment. Catered for everything, towels, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, even cling film! Only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable but stunning view. Great communication from host too."

"The apartment is perched on a hill directly overlooking the sea with amazing views. It's a short walk into town but a tough walk back up, but not too bad. The parking space is ridiculously narrow for anything other than a small car but the visitors spaces were always free. Overall a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of eth country."

"It had an Ant infestation, the patio doors did not work, The wood burning fire was out of order and decor dated."

"Steph is an absolutely fantastic, helpful host. Sunny Corner is so well equiped with everything's you need. We enjoyed beach trips to Porthpean and Carlyon, and the walks/runs straight from the house are super. "
