"This is an extraordinarily comfortable, cozy, convenient and well-appointed property, and the hosts communicate clearly and graciously. We had two adult couples and three grandchildren in the unit and didn't even need the sleeper sofa in the living area (the room with queen bunk beds is adequate for 3 kids). The 3 bathrooms were spacious and efficient, and the kitchen was terrific. Everything worked perfectly and everything you'd ever need was on hand. Great property!"

"We had a wonderful visit to Breckenridge and this hotel was certainly one of the highlights! The property is beautiful, in a nice spot, and not too far from Main St.. The staff was very nice and our villa was beautiful! It was less like a hotel room and more like a condo. We really appreciate it that you couldn't hear a lot of outside noise, other than when doors were shut heavily. We had a balcony that was huge considering we were in a one bedroom.
