"This was a great stay over all. Great communication and very fast response. Place was exactly how the online photos looked. Only minor thing was the couch had miscellaneous food and trash debris in the cracks. Will definitely recommend."

"I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. "

"This is the most charming cottage. John and Arthur have thoughtfully created a comfortable and tranquil space. Yet, it is close to many fun restaurants, shopping and even breweries. Park Street in Alameda has it all. Easy into San Francisco on the ferry or a short car ride. If you’re lucky to have a chat with the hosts they are as charming and fascinating as the home they have curated. "

"Awesome historical property almost like staying in a museum. Half hour to an hour out to Napa Sonoma San Fran. We saw them all and got to come home to a pool and hot tub daily. John was an awesome resource abs extremely helpful even got my husband burn supplies after he burnt himself. House has everything even crystal to drink your Napa wines. We made great breakfasts and a nice dinner. Great house to rent out if you have a big family as there was even supplies for children. The garden was great...

"Karen was a great host, very responsive to communication. Great location for everything we needed to do while in town. The space was clean, bed was comfy. Was great to have a full size fridge and stove/oven. Will definitely come back on our next trip! "

"During our family stay we baked and made several homemade meals. The kitchen was well stocked and several family members were there visiting while we were cooking! Great space!The house fit our family of 10 well! There was plenty of space for being together comfortably! We all had to get ready for a wedding so it was nice to have 3 bathrooms! Loved the stay in this house! Great memories were made!"
