"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"This was our second year staying at this rental as a mid-way point for a drive we were making. The house was clean, spacious, and had a large, paved driveway for parking. We had great communication with Vanessa and appreciate that the house is pet friendly because our two dogs travel with us. We only spent one night here, but the house had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.
