"Carlos was extremely communicative and answered any questions I had before and during our stay. The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to park our two cars, one with a trailer attached, without any issues. The neighborhood was quiet. We ate breakfast at Larema Coffee House in the morning which we would highly recommend. It was a perfect stopping point on our way to the Outer Banks! Thank you!"

"This was my 3rd time staying at this property. Necho is very easy to work with and makes the check-in process easy. Plenty of space in this historic property, designated bathroom for each bedroom. We will be staying there again in the future for sure. "

"The apartment is lovely, very clean and good amenities. The host was very easy to communicate with. The location was convenient and easy to find. The only thing to be aware of is it is up stairs. "

"This is a great property. Very clean, comfortable, & great location. Host is very responsive & welcoming. My husband & I were there to drop off our youngest at ECU. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit. "

"We rented this property for ECU’s graduation weekend and it was perfect for our group! The house was clean and well maintained. We brought some outdoor games and really enjoyed spending time in the back yard. The location is great and close to campus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again."

"Wonderful couple, it was a pleasure on both sides to interact with - extremely warm and accommodating, Manny is an excellent cook who needs to open a pizzeria, having offered two slices from his masterwork upon our arrival - hitting the spot in a fantastic way. He’s divisions of the property makes it private for his guests and it’ll provide all that you’d need if you chose to stay in this friendly accommodation. I wouldn’t hesitate to pick it in the future if I needed, appreciating all aspects...
