"Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. "Overall the place was nice and functional, but not super updated. When checking in at the gate, they were unable to find the reservation and guest info, but found it after a while. The deck and outdoor space was great and the overall location of the condo was close to the water, quiet, and easy to find. Folding beach chairs, toys, and tubes were included which was a nice surprise. "

"The carpets were badly stained and dirty. My wife had to clean all the counter tops and surfaces. It looked like no one had stayed there in quite some time. Very dusty. Had to kill two wasps, and I am allergic to any kind of insect sting. Great view outdoor."
