"Delivering my daughter to grad school we needed an extra special night at the last minute. I was lucky to find the Underwood Hale House had a private modernized apartment available close by solving many of our immediate issues: parking and both of us getting a good night's sleep! Highly recommend this beautiful, perfectly maintained, property."

"Such a sweet suite where attention has been given to every detail… From the cozy coastal decor, comfy bed, great books on the history of the area and binder of places to go and things to do to the kitchen area stocked with utensils, paper goods, coffee pods and teabags. "The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back."

" This is an adorable beach cottage, very clean, with a private beach on the other side of the street, directly infront of the house. Vincente was very prompt to reply to any questions, and the outside shower was fantastic! Bring your bikes!! Really a great host, thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"Had a great time in Warwick at end of May for our 4 days. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Weather was unseasonably cool and they came in person to turn heat back on. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again in future."

"It was the perfect spot to get together with some friends for a chill but unique experience! It was very walkable and the views were beautiful. We spent most of our visit just hanging out on the boat playing cards and making memories! And there were three fun bars right on the marina which were great. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when needed. Would recommend! "

"This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay! Everything was easy and check in/out process were smooth. Perfect location - easy access to everything we wanted to see without being right in all of the city traffic. The host was super communicative and easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again when in Rhode Island!"

"Overall we had an amazing time! It is a relaxing spot and the pool was just what we all needed. The kitchen had everything you needed. There is shopping close for all of your needs! You do need to bring your own linens and the river was not passable for us to kayak down to the attached pond but it didn't matter because we had so much fun in the pool! Marie was very responsive and kind. We will be back!"
