"Had a horrible experience. We were in the king room with sofa bed. There was a hole in the sofa bed and no sheets or blankets were provided for the sofa bed when we asked for some, front desk said there wasn’t any. TV didn’t work and the smoke alarm kept going off."

"The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room"

"Great option in Tucson. Friendly staff that cares. Nice amenities, including a terrific gym. The property is a 1980’s design, and will need some updating in the years to come, but it’s all very well maintained. About 20 min to UofA if visiting a child. Only criticism would be the lack of a concierge. We were there over a long, and very high occupancy weekend, so it would have been a very nice amenity (eg. "Overall the place was good. It’s a non-smoking property but the first thing you smell when you walk in to the lobby is the smell of a smoker. The actual room itself was clean and free from the smoke smell."

"When I made the reservations I thought I was staying in a hotel and not a motel. My two nieces and two sisters didnot feel safe so they went to a different hotel I swimming pool was perfect and the front office, bar, and restaurant staff are fantastic."
