We didn't have any direct communication with the host. All our communication was between VRBO and AvantStay, and it was excellent. The home was exactly as advertised. ARROWHEAD LAKE - Ski Chalet- Gameroom, Firepit - Lake View, Walk to Beach/Island
We had a great weekend. The lake is close, which was great with children. It was a bit tight with ten of us but we made it work fine with a couple of air mattresses. A cute mountain retreat!

Red Barn Village Apartments
Thin walls transmit lots of noise. Unfortunately, I was awakened both nights by noisy neighbors, once around midnight, once about 1 am. And again at 5am.
