This property offers something for everyone. When you drive in, open the electric gates and blue door you enter a oasis of peace and quiet. The courtyard is charming, secluded with a gazebo next to the heated pool where you can relax in the evening with a cool beer or a cool wine.
It will suit everyone from families to couples to golfers. It's walking distance to the town of Fortuna and there are 3 restaurants which are 5 minutes walk away and 3/4 10 to 15 mins walk.
Children are catered for with a baby chair if needed and a bath for the younger ones.
The grounds are approximately one acre with trees and shrubs.
It's also walking distance from the famous Fortuna baths.(Los Banos de Fortuna). People from all over Europe come to these thermal baths.
There is one golf course a half hour away (Club De Golf Altorreal) and about half a dozen within an hours drive.
If you fancy a day by the sea there are miles and miles of sandy beaches under an hours drive.

*6 bedroomed villa divided into one large villa with 4 large bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Dining room. Large lounge. Ultra modern kitchen/breakfast room. Utility room. Sky TV with sports channels, movie channels etc. Every room with modern air conditioning. Full central heating. Open fireplace. Patio doors with view of pool.

Small Villa (Casita). Lounge, 1 twin room, 1 double room, bathroom, kitchen. Sky TV. Pebble burner. Patio doors with view of pool also.

All rooms have full air conditioning.

Games room with pool table and darts. Plus fridge to keep the beers cold.

The outdoor pool is solar heated and there is a large sliding glass cover which is pulled over the pool from November to March ensuring swimming all year round.

Amazing Holiday and Villa!

The accommodation meets all expectations. The villa is amazing, much better than what appears in the photos. It is a very large villa space, with all kinds of amenities. The pool is a joy and perfect size. The barbecue area is very well equipped. The house is fully equipped. You feel at home at all times. The host of the villa is very friendly and ensures that his guest enjoys the best possible stay. We were 7 people and we all left very happy. We will return without a doubt!

Lovely clean, safe, private/unique villa, quiet setting, suitable for multiple families

We have rented private villas for the last 15+ yrs. This one did not disappoint and is now a favorite because of its great layout, facilities and location to superb traditional Spanish restaurants. The owner Sean was a pleasure to deal with, providing fast and consistent communication and clear instructions for getting to, accessing and enjoying our time in the villa. It is actually two villas - the main house has 4 bedrooms and divided nicely into two wings, so perfect for two families who want their own space. The second villa next to the pool has 2 bedrooms plus its own kitchen and living room so again ideal for a separate family. All the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas have great aircon so despite being 40 degrees outside we were very comfortable when inside and at night. Our stay was with our three sons (ages 17-22) plus two of their girlfriends (7 in total). The layout allowed everyone to have their own space, privacy and facilities. Most of our day was spent outside around the lovely clean well maintained pool with numerous outside seating areas mostly with shade for some relief from the all day sun. Again, this makes it ideal for larger families/groups. No need for the beach (although only an hour drive)! Whilst the pool was amazing, it is around 5ft deep all round from the bottom of the steps so I would be cautious with smaller children who were not able to swim - but no more caution than any other swimming pool! Another space to spend time was the separate games room with a proper pool table and dart board. It also had a fridge for beers so was like being in a private pub! We used the gas BBQ on a few occasions. You can drive to local supermarkets in Fortuna in less than 5 minutes and around 25 minutes you can be at the huge mall in Murcia city. We recommend Le Puerta Grande restaurant (5 minute walk) - they have a Menu of the Day (€12 for 4 courses + drink) or traditional tapas. We loved it here, most times were around €90 but we really pushed the boat out on our last night with lots of wine/beer etc, tapas/paella and still only came to €115 for 7 of us - around £15 each. Also many other restaurants within walking distance/5 minute drive. Murcia airport easy drive in 45mins. In summary, this home has lots to offer. We felt safe and secure in the villa the whole time. We knew this was the first time Sean had decided to rent out the villa and - so pleased he did! For us it worked and we would 100% stay again!
