"Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again."

"Beautiful hotel in a very convenient area for transportation and entertainment. The facilities were clean and stylish. The gym didn’t have much equipment but it was a large space. The rooftop bar was nice but expensive. Breakfast was delicious! Nice healthy options."

"This is not a complaint. It’s just a lifestyle choice. I don’t think I would have booked here if I had known you have to take a 1920s elevator to get to the 24th floor to check in. The elevator has a weight limit of six people max iand in some instances, it appeared that only one elevator was working at a time. Long waits for the elevator! I do love and appreciate vintage art deco buildings, but not when my schedule doesn’t give me the freedom to wait…..We were there on a busy weekend and they...

"Hotel was okay. Valet price went up upon arrival. I was told by the front desk that they would honor the price when I booked, but didn’t. Night time valet, only one man working and the security guard, not dressed like a security guard, asked for keys, said he’d give them to the valet and I could go up to my room! Elevators are interesting, a little too much."

"Do not stay here. Our first night we were kept up from 11pm until 5am by people stomping or doing who knows what on the floor about us. Kids didn’t sleep, I didn’t sleep. It was terrible. AC not working in the lobby or gym. Yikes! Hotel is dated."

"We got down graded with no reimbursement. Had one working elevator had to take stairs on my wife and my wedding night due to could not get on cause so many people waiting for 25 minutes just to go up 10 flights of stairs in a wedding dress. For almost $400 for a room we didn’t even get we should have been refunding the amount for the down grade overall not very happy"
