The Stockyards Cowboy Lodge is our most recent vacation rental property, with 4 B/R & 2 baths (1500 sf). Secure gated parking. Just 1 block off N Main..1/8 mile walk to Stockyard's main attractions!
Newly renovated, 82 year old cottage with original wood plank ceilings & flooring, hotel quality mattresses & more. Cozy living space with 60" smart TV, & TV's in bedrooms. WiFi, 8' cedar fenced private backyard. Gas Grill
-Please..no smoking/vaping inside. Outside ok.

-No parties, loud music/groups

The house is beautifully decorated and cozy. It is perfectly located close to the stockyards and downtown. Very easy to get in and out of the area. David is an excellent host and easy to communicate with.

It’s asking me how the winery was but this isn’t a winery posting, sorry I didn’t know how to answer that.This was a perfect house for our group of 8! We were barely there but it was great. Quiet corner, liked that it was gated. My only complaint is that the listing said 1/8 mile from stockyards but walking distance is almost a mile.

Loved this place. Walking distance to the Stockyards, which is what we went for. MINOR things to fix, but host was very generous and listened to every bit of information we gave. Multiple porches to relax on. Spacious inside. Love the layout of the house. Felt as close to home as being nearly 1000 miles away from ours. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! If we ever make our way back here, this is where we will stay if available.

Girls Trip

Convenient location to the Stockyards and very close to Joe T. Garcia’s. Neighborhood is older and house is close to a very busy street. Street noise & loud music on Saturday night was not conducive to sleeping. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place near Stockyards

We enjoyed our stay at the Cowboy Lodge. Our family stayed there while we celebrated my son’s 21st birthday. We went to a concert at Billy Bob’s and explored around town and spent some down time enjoying the outside decks. Plenty of space for everyone. Although the neighborhood feels somewhat industrial, we never felt unsafe, especially with the gated driveway. The decor made us feel right at home with the “Cowboy Lodge” theme and we will definitely be back!!

PBR Rodeo trip with family !!

The property was a perfect choice for us! The photos and descriptions on the site were true and accurate! This was our first VRBO experience and it was a positive one thanks to our Host !! He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! He was very patient and respectful especially when I forgot my phone and was the only person who had the entry codes. He answered us immediately and if we needed anything he took care of it !! The house is decorated perfect and we felt very comfortable and at home there.I Highly recommend this property!

Great space, clean house

Great place for a family. Don’t be intimidated by the lack of other houses around, we safely walked to Joe T and the stockyards even at night. The space was great for our family of 6.
