Welcome to this newly built 4 story townhome where you can soak up the sunset on our secluded rooftop patio.

While this may be the perfect private getaway for you, friends and family, its prime location also makes it easy to get around to all the nearest restaurants, attractions, and entertainment in Fort Worth!

The space
Experience this 4 story townhome that is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment. This home has an open space layout including keyless entry and wifi. The property includes two bedrooms which can be suitable for up to 4 people but we may add an air mattress per request to sleep up to 6. If you’d like to accommodate more people please let us know so we can make arrangements.

- Open layout kitchen with all the amenities you would need but just to name a few;

4th Floor
- Climb up to the 4th floor and enjoy the privacy of the sun-soaked rooftop patio where you can relax and enjoy the weather and catch the sunset.

wedding time

Our daughter was getting married and needed a functional location in forth worth. i t was perfectly located to magnolia street - for fun and food and coffee it was close to other hotel and wedding venue my only comment: better quality bath towels and more available. also a dish yowel in kitchen

TCU baseball weekend

The family came to Fort Worth to watch the grandson play baseball for TCU. 3 couples. I misread the information and thought this was a 3 bedroom 2 bath. It’s a 2 bedroom 2.5 baths. The info said it sleeps 6 but this is with a blow up bed in the living room. It is 4 stories with the washer dryer and a small area on the 4th floor (one of the group slept up there) with the doorway to an outdoor patio area. Not good if you have bad knees. Otherwise, the townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. The garage was a plus. And it’s a great location near TCU and lots of restaurants. We would stay again if it’s just 2 couples.

Girl’s getaway for a conference in Fort Worth

A great place to stay…close to a nice little part of the city with great restaurants! Everything was super clean and nice that each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

It was OK

Good things: --covered secure parking --great coffee and doughnut shop next door --nice kitchen and new building --great communication from the owner Not so great: --smelled heavily of marijuana (comes through the vents from neighboring units) --very loud area with lots of sirens at night --no fans in the bedrooms, so there is no air movement at night. --lots and lots of stairs. Wasn't a problem for us, but just be aware. --the rooftop deck could be cool, but really doesn't have the view or comfy lounge space that I was hoping for.

Perfect for local visit

We stayed for family weekend and it was ideal with great local restaurants and use of secure garage under the townhome only 10-15 mins from TCU and a good base with room to relax after long game day. Recommend.
