Lake House With Private Pickleball Ct + Game Room At The Beautiful Cooley Point

This cozy home is located almost at the tip of the beautiful Cooley Point on the Eagle Mountain Lake. It will be a hit for all ages with our game room complete with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, arcade gaming system, high speed internet, and several large TVs throughout. Our newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleep 10 and equipped with brand new updated furniture!



As you walking out to the back of the house, you will be welcomed by a large deck, a beautiful pickleball court (which can also convert into a volleyball/badminton court), a basketball post, a fire pit, 150 feet of water frontage, a private boat ramp for small watercrafts, a long pier to two boat ports (with a large covered areas to sit & relax day or night).



You and your families & friends can enjoy an array of games, such as corn holes, pickleball (voted to be the fastest growing family sport in the U.S these days), refine your free throws or 3-pointers at the basketball post, S’mores, fishing, swimming, canoeing, or just simply sit & relax and enjoy the nice Eagle Mountain Lake breeze while watching that beautiful sun rise and sun set.



There’s plenty of parking, including six parking spots in front of the house and the driveway to the boat ramp can be used as additional parking spaces.

Do ALL the things here!! We loved this lake house. Lake access was the best part but having the game room, kayaks, pickleball, floating chairs, seating for many, and boat ramp make this place perfect! The host always got right back with me on questions. As a mom who feels she's always at the kitchen sink, I could still enjoy it all from the big window! Will stay again.

Great place for a family of 5

John was very great at communicating by text before hand with address location and entry code. He allowed us in early and to stay late if needed. The pickleball court was so fun, my kids were out playing until 10:00 each night. The amenities were great as we used the washer and dryer each day. Pretty easy location to find from the airport and easy access to Fort Worth. Great owners to work with and a clean property. Would stay again

Best VRBO we have stayed at

Amazing place to stay. Well stocked with amenities. Much thought and effort was put into the comfort of the guests. Perfect for families to enjoy. The host stayed in contact with us and even brought more games for my kids to play. We can not wait to stay here again the next time we come to Texas.

We loved our visit to the Ft Worth area! The house was in a more rural area so it was a bit of a drive for meals but there was plenty to do at the house. We played lots of games and had tons of laughs. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable to just hang out and visit with family.

Pickleball Retreat

John was a great host. Seven men went down and played pickleball from Friday afternoon till Sunday morning. Pickleball court was beautiful right on the lake. Lighting for the court was great. Game room was really fun. House was beautiful on the inside. We will definitely be going back.

Lots of fun!!

We had a great time at this lake house. There was so much to do inside and outside of the house. The house was very clean and well equipped and wonderful access to the lake. There were not too many places to eat nearby so I would definitely plan to make meals while at the house. We will definitely recommend this to others!

Fantastic!

If you have active, competitive family members who like to be busy all the time then this is the place for you! We played numerous games of pickleball, foosball, ping pong and pool!! And the arcade games were well used too!! Just an all around fun place to stay and play!!

Fun Lake House

Such a fun lake house with so much to do. The kids loved the pickleball, volleyball, badminton, basketball, pool, foosball, ping pong, video games, fishing off the dock, kayaks, swimming on the lily pad and tubing behind the boat. We wish we could have stayed longer. Well appointed, immaculate house with so much to do the kids will never get bored. Thank you for sharing your lake house with us, we look forward to visiting again.

Great time at great place

There were 9 of us in the family. We all had a fantastic time at the house, enjoyed the basket ball and pickle ball courts. The grand children fished, and the children and grand children enjoyed swimming and kayaking on the lake. Everyone had a short visit to the Fort Worth stock yards. Thanks for having us Tom. We will be back!

Birthday weekend

We stayed her for the weekend to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday with a group of friends, and it was the perfect location for a group of active young adults. We played plenty of pickle ball and volleyball (there is a volleyball net not pictured that can easily be installed). The house itself was spotless, cozy, and the owner has truly thought of everything with regards to making guests comfortable. Will definitely plan another weekend trip here at some point!

Perfect teenager house!

My husband, our 3 teenage boys and I stayed at the lake house over spring break. The house offered all they had advertised. These owners have thought of most everything! The house was perfect for active teens! The house was also very well outfitted - the kitchen had everything you need, and love that they had some spices and condiments to make cooking easier. Also some treats, coffee and such that just made the experience that much better. The beds were the best yet at any vrbo in my experience. The owners were also very responsive and helpful. Kudos on a job well done with the lake house. We’ll be back!

Lake living

This property is situated in shallow water but we didn’t have a problem with our pontoon boat. The outside and game room is a gamers retreat! The kiddos (and some adults) absolutely loved the games especially since the weather didn’t cooperate fully! The inside was absolutely what a lake house should be… practical and not for sitting… outside was for sitting! John, the owner, provided the sweetest amenities from snacks to boxed waters to coffee creamer… he thought of everything!! He even has the best neighbor, Howard, to help you in any way imaginable. Overall… our family fully enjoyed this property and we will remember it for future travel!

Great Stay

We booked this house over 4th of July and it could not have been better! This VRBO is one of the cleanest and well stocked of any I have ever stayed. This house is great for families with teens. The game room and pickle ball were a HUGE hit!! The owner is very attentive. We will definitely book again for a weekend staycation.

Family of 6 went for a mini vacation, absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The house is spacious and pictures don’t do it justice. Host is very accommodating. We absolutely loved it and will be returning.
