The house was clean, well-appointed, and in a beautiful location. It worked out perfectly for out visiting extended family.

A truly special Texas place! Amazing western art, with very practical lodging layout. What is very special about this place is that it is a World Class working horse ranch that breeds and trains cutter horses that compete in international championships and serve on farms and ranches all over the world. Ranch has chickens, roosters, ducks, geese, cats, dogs, cows, ponies and probably more. Fantastic place for families with young children. We were fortunate to have Chico and his wife give us a tour of one of the several stables and teach us about the process of breeding and preparing colts to begin training. The staff was generous with their time and knowledge about horses and the hard working realities of Texas Ranch life. This place is definitely on my top 10 lifetime most memorable I’ve stayed at. You’ll surely make great memories here too! Stay there is you can. If we stay again, we’re definitely up for their horseback ride & tour of the property($300).

A Hidden Gem!

Such a wonderful surprise pulling up to this fabulous property! Nestled in farmland you can’t help but feel cheerful every day watching all of the animals on the property! Horses, foals too, mini cows, chickens, pigeons, ducks and a resident grumpy goose who has them all waddling wherever he goes!! Three resident dogs are happily running around the farm.The property itself was immaculate. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was nothing we lacked. The interior design is perfectly on theme with the ranch and had so many interesting things to see.We had such a busy few days planned plus some very unseasonably rainy weather which meant we did not get chance to organize a tour of the property. I really wish we hadI can’t recommend this property highly enough!
