The host was welcoming and reached out to offer help if we needed. The back deck area was wonderful and we enjoyed the ducks. The deck and ping pong table were a bit dirty and we were very limited on wash cloths and had to do laundry after the first day to have enough. However, the house is exceptionally comfortable as were the beds.

This location was amazing I really enjoyed the backyard sitting off the river. The house was spacious and clean. It had everything you needed for a stay away from home. I would recommend this location a thousand times if you in the ft worth area

Great Girls Trip

3 friends and I stayed for a weekend girls trip. We took the train from OKC and grabbed an uber to the house. We paid a little extra to check-in early as w arrives in Fort Worth around 12:30. Check in was a breeze. The house was perfect as we all got our own bedrooms. We spent a lot of time on the back porch, which was just lovely. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything we would’ve needed if we did. The commute to both the Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth were easy and short and we never had a problem getting an uber. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their spouses! We spent Thanksgiving Day and it was a great spot to play games, eat a wonderful meal and be together. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great house!

Relaxing get away in the big city

Very peaceful home. Small water area w ducks and geese visible from the backyard porch, nice trees. Quiet neighborhood. We were able to feed the ducks, some other people in the area had fishing poles. Kids and adults were able to enjoy the city activities- fair and six flags while grandparents enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at home. Walmart and food spots close. Really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious house!

The layout is excellent with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is also convenient, situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It Could have used more cleanliness and upkeep on a few things inside as well as the deck area outside, aside from that it was very accommodating.

Incredible property and experience!

The property was incredible! Extremely clean and exactly as shown in pictures - if not better! Jonathan was great! He was extremely easy to work with and responded quickly. We would absolutely stay here again. Just book already!

Relaxing

Sitting outback was very relaxing listening to and watching all of the wildlife (ducks, cranes, birds, squirrels) the trees are beautiful. For someone that wants a little bit of nature but isn’t the outdoors type this is nice. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft.

TCU FAMILY WEEKEND

Great location and the house is completely as described. Very well stocked with all the listed items on the description. Easy access upon arrival and enjoyed having the advantage of a fenced yard and garage access . Definitely will be back !
