Cosy Log Cabin In the Highlands, Chalet Blaich

Nestled adjacent to Chalet Rus is Chalet Blaich so larger parties can now book two cabins!

Chalet Blaich sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom with power shower, bath, WC and basin.Well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob,oven,double sink,microwave,washing machine and fridge with separate freezer. The kitchen leads through to the open plan dining area and comfortable lounge,which has TV/DVD with freeview channels, three piece suite and open views to the Loch at the front and surrounding hills and woodland from all the windows.

There is an open decking area around three sides of the chalet from which to enjoy relaxing evenings watching the sunsets.The area surrounding the chalet is enclosed by fencing with parking within.Heating is provided by electric panel heaters throughout.Towels and bed linen included.

We now have the addition of free Wi-Fi.

Short stay in Scotland

We really enjoyed the break. The cottage was beautiful and in a great setting.Karl was accommodating and very helpful.It was a great place to recover after our trip to Ben Nevis summit.

Chalet Blaich

This is a fantastic place to stay. We were bowled over by the location and the quality of the cabin. The photos do not do it justice. We were met by Karl who is so kind and friendly and helpful but without being at all intrusive. He'd left us some welcoming goodies. We enjoyed breakfast down by the lake one morning and a bbq in the evening. To watch the changing light over to the hills across the lake was magical. We felt fully immersed in nature, lots of bird song, even an engeretic cuckoo that I haven't heard in years and deer in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need with plenty of cooking ingredients; spices etc.. The sort of thing you dont want to buy a whole pack of when travelling. One thing to note, my car is very low to the ground and it struggled up the track because of the central high point, just take it slow.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach vollständig der Beschreibungen und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, sehjr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eine tolle Lage. Unser Host Karl empfing uns sehr freundlich. Und eine kleine nette Überraschung, in Form von selbstgemachten Leckereieb erwartete uns

Very approachable owner ,cabin excellent, but the location may not suit everyone its a good drive from Fort william but very scenic, all in all we had a fantastic time in a fantastic setting

Excellent in every way!

Karl’s has an outstanding property centrally located for seeing Fort William and the beautiful area. The property is extremely well maintained and met our every requirement. Karl is a super host immediately responding to a few small matters of our own making.

Beautiful stay in a chalet

Karl was a wonderful host, communication was easy and the views were superb! Very clean cabin with ample kitchen supplies to make a couple meals. Great hike up the hill from the chalet with expansive views. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean with great shower pressure. Lovely stay.
