Not many pans to cook with, no cookie sheets. No, grilling utensils. Plenty of bath towels, which was good.

Spring break getaway

The property is exactly as it is listed. Great location to everything. The beach access was awesome along with the chairs and umbrella. When the waters got too rough or cold at the beach we just went back to the pool. It was great. The sliding doors are thick so you dont get the ocean and pool noise either. There was however some minor downs with this apartment. There is construction near by which made traffic a little harder to get through. The beds were hard and lacked in sufficient pillows. The dryer also did not dry very well. There were curtain rods, blinds, closet doors, and some furniture that were broken and needing replaced or repaired.

Great family getaway

Nice property, good location. This unit had very easy access to the pool and beach from the patio that we choose over a view of the beach and having a balcony. Brought my wife and 5 of our kids and had enough space for all of us. Recomendations for the owner: Dryer took 3 cycles to dry clothes, it is getting heat so not sure the issue. Oven light is out, coffee pot didnt work right, 3 chairs on the patio, might be nice to have 2 more. Maybe have pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet. We bought some potholders and and left them for you, we also asked for a corkscrew from the property manager. Easy fixes, so i would not pass up this unit because of those things. Great stay over all!

Great Location!

I would stay here again. There were a few things that need attention, but we had a great time and love how close it was to the beach! There was a dirty towel left in a bathroom and an empty chip bag in a bedroom. I would’ve loved to have a broom to sweep up the sand we brought in. The outdoor furniture is pretty run down and the mattresses could be updated. Also, plan to bring a blender because the one here leaked but it did the job! All in all, I would stay here again no doubt. The kitchen was great, parking was easy and I loved how it was on the first floor…no elevators!! The bathrooms were good size and the laundry room was very helpful to have. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

This unit had easy access to come and go to the ocean. Pool and hot tub just steps away. Beach was clean and beautiful!

Summer Place 101

While we do enjoy Summerplace, we have not been here in several years. We booked room 101 bc of ground level accessibility. The room does not appear to be updated in the last 10 years. We have pictures from other vactions with the same furniture from years ago. We will be exploring other options for next year.

Wonderful, relaxing. Excellent pool and beach access.

The ground level of the property, the privacy of the balcony and the easy access to the beach and the pool, easily overcomes some of the properties short falls. I highly recommend this property and our family will be staying there again, without question. There are a few negatives, the cleanliness of the property was not good, but that is more a reflection on the Condo complex than the owners. The grills on property are horrible, they need some repairs or replacement badly. Don't count on the gas grills, the charcoal grill was good. The appliances and living room furniture were in bad need of replacement, the ice maker leaked, we had trouble with the stove and the oven, and the couches were worn and had springs sticking out of the bottoms of them. BUT we had the best vacation ever, the location of this condo more than makes up for it's short comings. We would stay there again, even if the couches were just plastic chairs. It is within walking distance to the pier and numerous restaurants. Our entire family loved it. A+ rating, hands down.

Love the condo and love Summerplace!!!

Awesome!!! Room was so comfortable , clean and had all the conveniences of home. Sally at Legacy was extremely helpful and great to work with! The 2 pools and hot tub are awesome and all just steps from the beautiful beach. Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacation!!!!
