Sitting in the heart of Okaloosa Island, this bright condo is in a great location to check out everything from the pristine beaches to the city activities nearby! When you want a change of scenery, head over to Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier just over a mile away and you will be greeted by a plethora of restaurants, endless sand, and crashing waves. For a bit of amusement for the whole family, make your way to Wild Willy's Adventure Zone or Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Not to mention, a trip to the vibrant downtown Destin is also a quick six-mile drive down the coast. See beach attendant for the wonderful beach service exclusive to this condo!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location with chair rental

We had a great time during our week there. Having the chair rental included made our time feel even more relaxing and stress free. The condo was as described.

This unit was nearly perfect. It was clean, spacious, and well thought out. We had four adults staying here and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was adequately stocked. It had most of the small appliances like a crockpot, air fryer, etc. There was a game closet stocked with board games, boogie boards, and beach toys. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of storage space for clothes and suitcases. They provided plenty of towels. There was shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash in the showers, the kitchen had plenty of coffee pods. This was one of the best units we have stayed in. The one thing that didn't make it "perfect" for us was the lack of a full length mirror. And really, we could do with a week without looking at the full picture anyway:) You won't be disappointed booking this unit.

Great winter condo

We stayed during an extremely cold period and really enjoyed the beautiful view, hot tub, and heated pool. Based on other reviews I read we brought a blow dryer, salt/pepper/oil, and blankets, all were needed. The shower/bath water temperature was a little low. There was absolutely nothing in terms of kitchen supplies, but we did have all the pans, pots, etc we needed for several meals. There’s also a knife block with scissors I didn’t see right away. This condo had a covered parking spot near the elevator, which was a nice plus.

Amazing sounds and views!

All I wanted was to drink my morning coffee and hear the waves crashing on the beach. What I got was so much more. The unit is extremely clean and well maintained. The view is perfect situated on the 3rd floor; can see miles down the beach. Sunrise and sunsets were our favorite time of day.

great spot to relax and enjoy vacation

Very comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with great views. Excellent weather but temp was hot each day. Only problem was hot tub was not working and staff did not know anything about it.

Great place

We stayed for 6 days in this condo and had a great time. It was very clean and offered additional amenities like fresh towels and toiletries. We loved the view from the balcony. Could have stayed there all day. But then we would have missed the beach which is right in front of the condo and very easy to access. We were surprised and happy to learn that two chairs and an umbrella at the beach were included in the price of the condo. That saved us $45 a day. The only negative thing I can say is that the bed in the master bedroom made a squeaking noise and probably needs to be replaced at some point. But it was not a big deal and we slept very well. We would book this place again any time!

Excellent view-location did not disappoint! We could’ve used a kitchen towel, hair dryer, wkg lamps-missing or burned out bulbs, hangers, warmer blankets, salt Nan’s pepper. Chairs and couch were worn out-one chair appeared to have a broken spring. Decor was beautiful-decorated tastefully and fun at the same time. Loved the view!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at Island Princess. There was a mix up with the pool code. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom was wobbly, but I was able to secure it to the ceiling. We had an issue with the wifi password, but it was fixed the next morning. The only item that really bothered us was the lack of a big frying pan. There were 3 small omelet pans. I had to cut my bacon in half just to fry them. It was an annoyance for our family of 4 since I had to use several small pans to make a simple breakfast.

Property was as advertised. Definitely need some additional items in kitchen such as oven mits, cookies sheet, drink pitcher etc. Counter top looked clean until I wiped it and the cloth came back dirty. Also would.be nice to have a binder in unit with local info about resort, condo, and area.

Very clean and spacious with a great view

The condo was spotless when we arrived, nicely equipped, great view and only steps away from the beach. The beds weren’t that comfortable however, and the blankets were thin. Otherwise fantastic place.

Disaster

First of all the beds were soiled with urine stains . Both twin beds had huge stains on the mattresses. The oven door fell off. Ice maker didn’t work. Water filter needed replaced. It was so disappointing. We moved to another room that was almost as bad and had to be moved a third time in 3 days. Very exhausting and disappointing.

Cute little condo!

This condo was perfect for an impromptu getaway! You can tell it was recently renovated and was very clean upon check in. The heated pool and jacuzzi on the property were clutch as we stayed during the rare artic blast that came through. I would definitely stay here again with my family!
