Gulfside 503 - Tales from the Tide!
FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! There's no mistaking that you are in a beach paradise in this lovely condo. It has several beach-themed decorative accessories, including shells, dolphins, mermaids, lighthouses, birds, and seahorses. It also has various framed pictures of sealife and beach scenes. Additionally, you can listen to the sounds of the waves on the large balcony or even while inside the unit. Accommodations include a king bed in the bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa, , offering space for up to six guests total. The bedrooms are a great place to relax with newly updated bedrooms! Other features include a full-size washer and dryer in the utility closet, a full kitchen, a counter area in the hallway, and of course the wrap-around balcony.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6

Gulfside Condominiums is close to Fort Walton’s shopping and dining and a mere ten minutes from Destin, it has a rooftop pool area that provides one of the best views on Okaloosa Island. Guests can get to the beach from the boardwalk at the base of the parking area and can use a barbeque grill that is located along this boardwalk as well.

Perfect Beach Stay

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Area is nice and quiet and not overcrowded. Condo has everything you could possibly need. Chairs and umbrella definitely a plus. Would stay here again if I cane back to area.

Great condo

Check in and out was super easy. Great view of the beach. Loved the chair service. Condo was clean and comfortable. Concierge was efficient and called me to let me know that early check in was possible. We will be back!

Absolutely perfect

The condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my family of 4. The proximity to the beach was amazing. This will definitely be my #1 pick next time we come. If i had to pick one thing to improve on id say the bathrooms could be updated (showers) but they worked fine with good pressure and its not really a big deal. The beds were comfortable. We had an amazing trip from TN.

Best Florida Vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location with low volume condo on both sides. Left beach access easy and no issues with crowding. Condo was immaculate with plenty of space for family and all furniture and appliances were in perfect working order. Beach chair service was perfect addition to rental and the city cleans beach daily for perfect white sand and water that is crystal clear. Close enough to Destin for entertainment off the beach but removed from crowds for full relaxation. Will definitely stay again!

Nice and clean rental

I have no complaints about the rental unit itself. It was probably the cleanest rental that we have ever had! Beautiful ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Our only issue was the building construction. We were made aware by the property manager that the parking lot was under construction, but we’re told it shouldn’t be any kind of inconvenience, just a little messy. The only issue we found with this was having to walk over dirty painters tarps trying to get in and out of the building. However, several of the other units were also being renovated, which led to significant noise and mess. The internet was disconnected several times. The mess wouldn’t have been such a big deal if we didn’t have a toddler who picked up a razor blade, paint chips and a screw that were left laying in the walkway.

Beautiful place to stay for anyone looking to get away on the water without extreme crowds!! Wonderful stay with 2 infants! The rooftop pool was such a bonus!

Clean, stocked and cute!

This condo is super cute, super clean and had everything we needed for our beach vacay. There were plenty of towels and extra trash bags so I didn’t have to use any I brought. Plenty of storage if you like to unpack all your stuff. The kitchen had every utensil necessary and was modern. The balcony was the perfect size to have the family out in the mornings or evenings and gaze at the crashing waves. We would have liked a few more blankets but that didn’t make it a negative a stay at all. The master toilet/shower room is cramped but it fulfilled its purpose and you aren’t in there long anyway. Highly recommend using the Explorie options available to you as we LOVED the Cattywampus dolphin/snorkeling tour. We also never had an issue getting the beach chairs provided which was so great. The condo next door is closed for renovations so maybe that will make it busier once it opens. The rooftop pool was different, fun and clean. It was quiet during our stay as well. The property manager called to let us know we could check in early but we weren’t there yet but that was nice. I totally recommend this property!

Better than imagined!

Our stay at Gulfside 503 was better than we even imagined. The unit was exactly as presented but the magnificent balcony and view took it over the top. We needed a peaceful, quiet retreat and we got exactly that. Everything in the unit was awesome. We will definately be back.

Can’t wait to go back!

It was the first time bringing our 2 year old to the beach. We absolutely loved the location and the room was beautiful and clean! Had everything we needed! The beach is also so close! We loved that we didn’t have to walk very far at all to get there. We definitely will be returning and we can’t wait!!

Well appointed condo on the beach

We stayed 6 nights in 503. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Multiple TVs with cable and DVD players was nice. The finishes looked updated with nice laminate flooring, marble counters, and new appliances. The only issue we had was that the kitchen faucet didn’t work well and was loose from the counter.

This was an amazing stay! Everything was perfect. The pictures online were exactly what the place looked like. We would rent again in a heartbeat! The view was stunning, and I didn’t want to leave! You had EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen. There wasn’t anything that we were in need of.

Beautiful Condo! Great View!

We loved this condo and would definitely stay again! Everything was clean and the view is amazing! My only complaint is the parking is tight. There’s parking under the condo but it’s very tight and we were in a big truck. There’s no way we could get in the covered parking. The uncovered parking is limited to about 4 spots which thankfully we were able to park outside every night or I’m not sure what we would have done. So if you have the option to bring a vehicle that’s not a truck, definitely do that! Great location and great condo. Also, if you like more than a light blanket on your bed be sure to bring one. (Minor detail but thought I’d mention.)

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

We have been to the area many times over the years. This was one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed in. Nice furnishings, fully stocked and great deck. Twin beds were squeaky and one twin mattress slanted to one side. The floors had not been mopped well and caused feet to get dirty if not wearing shoes. Otherwise, all was great and everything else was very clean.

Beautiful Condo and Balcony

Had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The balcony and view were breathtaking. We would highly recommend this unit.
