Tastefully decorated 2bd 2 bath unit with direct Gulf views from both living room, kitchen and master bedroom. You will love the privacy of the beach with only 23 units in the building. Beautiful views of Okaloosa Island beach. Close enough to all activities and shopping but still private enough for your well deserved relaxation time. Beach service is included in season with two chairs and umbrella.
Kitchen features brand new cabinets, SS appliances and gorgeous countertops.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful. The room was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-equipped, private, and perfect for a family getaway. Everything we needed was right there, making our vacation stress-free and comfortable.We used to stay at another nearby condo for years, but for the past two trips we’ve chosen this building instead—and we’re so glad we did! The property is quiet, family-friendly, and beautifully maintained. Be sure to say hello to the property maintenance guy—he’s super friendly and does an amazing job keeping the grounds spotless and welcoming.

Overall, the condo was pretty clean. One thing I would recommend is getting the air vents cleaned. They are extremely dirty. The main vent in the living room is so dirty that there’s a big black area of dust on the ceiling where the vent points. Also would recommend changing the shower heads in both bathrooms. They’re pretty bad, and have no water pressure.

Amazing location, condo is as advertised, fresh new appliances were nicer than at home. Communications with the owner was spot on, had 1 question while I was there, owner answered within minutes! Great experience, definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful Condo

The unit is just as pictured with all the amenities noted. We loved just sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll in. A quick walk to Tom Thumb in the morning or afternoon for a cup of coffee or ice cream was great.

Clean, Beautiful getaway in paradise

This 2 bed room condo was exactly as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils. Bedrooms had clean linens and furniture was as expected throughout the condo.This will be our choice when when we come back

We had a great 5 night stay. The Condo was as nice, if not nicer than the online pictures. Beautiful view & super clean! The check in process was easy and we had excellent communication. We saw the sunrise & sunset from the same balcony. 5 stars in every way!

Perfection!

This was our first visit to The Palms - really enjoyed it! We have been to the area before but not to this condo. Love that it is a smaller building, and it is very well maintained. The condo is perfect, there were only 2 of us, so plenty of room, clean, and is very nicely decorated, and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! The view is awesome and the balcony chairs are comfy - where we spent the majority of our time! Warning to anyone with 'knee' issues, the last step off the boardwalk is a little far down to the sand. Parking is next to and on the end of the building, and the 'spots' on the flat area are tight to maneuver-building pillars make it a tight fit, (we have a jeep, but a huge truck might find it more difficult) and the others are on a little 'hill' with no obstruction. Carts are provided for bringing all your gear in. The little Tom Thumb is only a walk away, for necessities. Communitcation with the owner is great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation getaway

Great location! Wonderful ocean view. Host was very responsive to all questions.The beach service was a great addition and the extra beach chairs in the condo were an added plus so all four of us had a comfortable place to lounge close to the water's edge. Good restaurants and attractions nearby. Would recommend for a relaxing experience.
