LOCATION:
Located Just 10 Minutes from Destin, Florida, Waterscape sits in the middle of Okaloosa Island. Conveniently placed directly on Fort Walton Beach! There are over 50 different restaurants and attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive!!
Welcome to A202. Qualified to dazzle those who seek every element of an ultimate, sensational beach vacation. From limitless fun and amenities to miraculous romantic ocean sunset views in every room. Even the most sophisticated kings, queens, princes, and princesses will be impressed by A202!

A202 is located in Waterscapes A building on the 2nd floor, tucked right up close to the beach. The patio faces West (an inside facing unit) where you won’t want to miss one magical ocean sunset!You'll be able to view all the summer fun at the beach and pool!

SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Sleep like a baby on our sturdy king sized beds. The comforters are an accommodating medium insulation. We have plenty of extra blankets and throws on those chilly beach breeze nights.

Extra sleeping accommodations can be made on the sleeper pull-out sofa bed. Hotel quality curtains block out the light completely so you can keep catching those highly sought after ZzZz's!

An adorably decorated bunk house is located right off of the dining area. It's superb at keeping the kids feeling safe being nearby, where you'll be lounging after bedtime.

WATERSCAPE AMENITIES (HOA requires wristbands to be worn at $10 per guest per stay for access to pool amenities. This fee is included into your payment.)
- Kids/ snowbird weekly event schedule on the pool deck and beach!
- Beach Chair rental and excursion options available right on the beach through Dulce Vita beach rentals, or utilize free beach chairs, one umbrella, and a beach cart located inside the condo.

Awesome Beach Vacation!

We took a family vacation at Waterscape with our young kids who kept saying that each day was the best day! Chris and Kendra were great hosts and clearly go above and beyond to ensure their guests’ needs are met. Their website and guestbook are well laid out and include useful info to help make your stay extra special! This unit was very clean and had everything we could need including a beach wagon and toys that we put to good use. The beds were comfortable, my kids loved the big bathtubs, the view was amazing, and the walk to the beach was short and easy! The beach staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a discount on our extra chairs due to a grim weather forecast (two chairs are included with rental). Waterscape as a whole was clean, the parking garage was nice to have, and our kids loved having the different pools to choose from. The heated pool was at 92 degrees on a colder day which made it much more enjoyable! The resort also had planned activities throughout the week which was a nice added touch. The boardwalk and pier are just a short walk down the beach. We love all that Fort Walton and Destin have to offer for dining, shopping and kid activities! Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Great Trip!

We had a wonderful experience at this beachside condo. The property exceeded our expectations. We loved the breathtaking ocean views, comfortable and clean accommodations, and the convenience of being just steps away from the sand. The rental had thoughtful amenities, such as beach gear and a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We appreciated the attentive and responsive host, who ensured our vacation was smooth from start to finish. The beach service that are also available on the beach for beach chairs and umbrellas was easy to navigate. The hosts also have additional beach chairs which we also used quite a bit. The beach was pristine. The moment we walked into the condo if felt clean and ready to go! Also, the families in the other condos were respectful and family oriented. My kind of place... will come back!!!! Thank you again for letting us stay.

Perfectly Relaxing

Having stayed at Waterscape numerous times, my wife was initially disappointed that private beach chair service was not included. Although the listing made that clear, she apparently overlooked that detail since it was always included in past bookings. This was a BIG deal since the service charges $50/day and she planned on being on the beach every day of the week. Nevertheless, the chairs supplied turned out to be quite nice -- plus had the added advantage of placing them anywhere we liked. The umbrella turned out to be broken, but after a frantic text to the owner Chris, he had a brand new one delivered in less than 20 minutes -- had it been a day later, my wife would have surely killed me and I would not be alive to leave this review. Overall I could not have been happier with the property. Super clean with everything we needed and the view was perfectly relaxing. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Great vacation

Amazing vacation at this cute condo! Very clean and comfortable and the lake cation in the resort was perfect! Ocean view was perfect! Beds were comfortable and we really didn’t lack anything! Guest bedroom tv didn’t work but that was okay because we watched the 2 other tvs and didn’t spend much time in condo! Owners were great and the check in process was easy and convenient! We would love to rent again!

Great vacation spot

Updated and very clean condo- it had everything we needed. Perfect location with being on the second floor and oceanfront. Pools were great, maintained well- and kept my 2.5 year old very busy and entertained. Owners were extremely organized with their guidebooks and communicated everything that was necessary plus more! They made this whole process very easy!

Family Vacation 2024

We had the best time ever. The condo was superb. It had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The kids had so much fun at the waterpark. Rapid response rate from owners. Loved this unit, the view was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and the blackout curtains are nice for those who want to sleep in. The grands loved the bunk bed area. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful!

We loved staying at Waterscape A202! The condo provided a peaceful place to relax and unwind. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and provides many amenities that are so helpful. We loved looking out at the ocean from the balcony - beautiful view! It is a close walk to the pool, beach and parking garage. The facility is clean and family friendly. Kendra and Chris are kind and welcoming and make the whole experience easy from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

We had a lovely time here. It was one of our favorite condos we have been to and would absolutely rent again if we return to the area. The views from the patio are great. The condo is very clean, beds/pillows are very comfortable. It was really nice to have beach chairs/toys available to borrow. Our kids loved the huge bathtubs. Waterscape is very clean. The beach is close and the pools are wonderful. It would be nice if they heated all of the pools in the cooler months.

Great Vacation!

This was a wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect and so clean. Check in could not have been easier. We were on the second floor and taking the stairs was a breeze. When we did take the elevators checking in and out they were a breeze also. Our grandchildren loved the pools. Our view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. This was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back again.

Fantastic Week!!!

Wonderful condo and complex

We had an amazing trip with our son! The condo was beautiful and had wonderful ocean and pool views. We came down for a baseball tournament for our 9 year old and several of the team families stayed at Waterscape. The on-site Tiki Hut, pools, and hot tubs were all fantastic! Our condo had everything we needed and lots of information beforehand so that we knew what to expect. Beds slept great and the location was just perfect! Will definitely consider this place again!

Great view! Perfect condo for the beach! I would highly recommend this place. It’s so convenient for children especially! Love that they provided beach chairs and a beach wagon too! That helped tremendously!
