"We loved the weekend at Humphreys. We saw Detroit Underground Saturday night and loved them and went to the Yacht Rock Revue concert. We had a fantastic weekend and Maria at the welcome/check-in counter was really helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Sierra had the pool bar was exceptionally outgoing and friendly. "My stay here was wonderful. The staff were very polite and helpful. They allowed for a 3 hour early check in. Frequently asking if we needed anything when we’d be walking out to our car that was parked on site. Overall great experience! I’ll be staying here again! Everything seemed new and remodeled."

"No A/C or TV in room. This has been a concern with other guests for months and the property is really doing nothing about it! There are reviews from 4 a 5 months ago sighting these issues. Rooms and furniture are tired and showing wear. I think there was water damage in the room we stayed in. Was there for a birthday and anniversary and NO acknowledgement after calling weeks ahead to ask! I should not had to pay for my entire stay, unacceptable for a premier Hilton property!"

The first associate that helped was nice, but they gave us an ADA room, which we didn’t ask for and had trouble using certain things since it’s for people with different abilities so that was frustrating. Then during check out the lady said she would email my receipt and there was no email attached apparently so when I called to get my copy the lady over the phone said the lady who checked us out on (5/30/26) should have seen that and asked for my email. "The stay itself was pleasant. We didn't get to use the amenities that the resort fee covered other than the pool. The view from both sides was nice. We had a view of the airport which was fun for my plane-loving son and me. The room was well-insulated so the airport noise was minimal. Everything seemed well-maintained and the staff members were very nice. Parking is expensive at $55 a day, but at least there were spots available each time. "Location on marina was excellent- parking for $25 a day was a bit steep considering room price. Our room was perfect- except the bathroom needed maintenance. The toilet was extremely low to the ground which made it inconvenient. Staff was amazing."

"The room was dirty and unsanitary upon arrival. Several items were broken or poorly maintained, including the blackout curtains and toilet paper holder. There was a foul odor whenever the sink or shower was running, the toilet had visible stains, the shower drain was stained, and the bed linens smelled musty. I immediately reported these issues and requested a different room, but was told the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. Maintenance was sent, but the problems were...

"Beautiful property, safe, staff is great, the only thing we weren’t 100% satisfied were the rooms and the mini fridge. Rooms seem old a bit damaged and the fridge barely worked, so our stuff wasn’t cold. Overall for the time we were there it was great."
