"Located on the edge of the Lagoon, the B&B had great access to peaceful water sports like canoe, kayak and SUP - they even provide everything including life jackets. They also have bikes and helmets for rides through the neighborhood. Overall, a great location for water and walking!"

"Staff and location were excellent!!! Staff was friendly and the location was reasonably close to downtown Victoria which we loved. Unfortunately we ran into a situation when we first arrived. Bath robes were missing, trash hadn't been properly taken out, and there was a particular smell in the bedroom which we aired out throughout the night. These were small details we could have easily overlooked, but what was a real bummer was a water bubble that was growing in the ceiling over our heads in...

"We did love our room, such new style room and nice experience, facing inner harbor, nice staff and receptionist. Well equipped and clean kitchen to prepare our breakfast. Just please fix the elevator was a bit hard to commute via stair ways, too narrow! Thanks"

"Had a studio suite with 2 double beds, sofa bed, sitting area and kitchenette. nicely updated, well-equipped, contemporary and clean, perfect for a family. nice staff. good downtown location but area gets rough after 6pm ish although hotel feels safe. our room near elevator and it was a busy wkend, corridor traffic and noise one night. overall a comfortable stay. "

"Safe, walkable location. Twelve minute walk toVictoria harbour water taxi. No restaurant and no breakfast (fruit and coffee/tea provided in am only. ) Beds great, towels well worn and small. Rooms with 2 beds are very very small! No where to set suitcase and no where to sit except bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Secure building and elevator."
