"Did not live up to the description in the listing. The check in and check out times 4:00 and 10:00. We arrived in area an hour early and would’ve had to pay $50 + tax for the extra time.
The exterior wasn’t shown in the listing and understandable. I will add pictures if I can of the rundown condition and filth. The floor made our socks black from filth.
In no way was there an “ocean breeze” to enjoy. The “private beach access” was past the dumpster, down the street and through thick...

"Unfortunately our visit to this property was not what we expected due to other renters on the property who were irresponsible with their partying. We were scheduled for a two night stay, but the first night the sheriff had to be called out several times to break up a large gathering and to remove unwanted people from the property. This was all reported to the management company in detail. The property itself had one set of broken blinds and a broken closet door - both reported to the management...

"We booked and paid for our stay 1 year in advance for a 3 week stay. We have been coming here for the last 6 years. It used to be wonderful and charming.
The property was sold and changed to a new owner who decided to renovate. One day before our arrival from Pennsylvania, we were notified that our accommodations would not be available.
