The Ocean Village Community, located on Hutchinson Island, is approx a 120-acre private community located directly on the ocean. Great location for this first floor condo at Ocean Village, centrally located to main pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar, first hole of golf course, main tennis court and minutes to beach. Located at Ocean Villa I Complex this Beachy Condo features a first floor, 1 bedroom King size bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom with walk in tiled shower, additional vanity sink, open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, leather sofa bed, this condo sleeps three occupants only, all tile flooring throughout condo, semi private porch located on rear of the condo with 9 foot hedges.. New washer and dryer, beautiful furnishings and Florida décor. Relax outside your patio area and enjoy the wonderful sunshine and beautiful tropical landscaping. Just steps to the first hole of a 9-hole par 3 golf course, Tennis Courts, heated swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffle board, pools and a private ocean front beach. Gated security via 24 hour manned gate. We follow all the latest CDC guidelines regarding covid cleaning protocols. WiFi speeds up to 500Mbps - both TV Smart ROKU devices

This is the second year that we have stayed at this condo and we are booked for next year. The pictures and description of the condo are 100% accurate. Kurt and Melody are wonderful people and take pride in their condo and want their renters to enjoy what they have to offer.

Perfectly apportioned condo for a couple to enjoy rest and relaxation time together. Golf, Tennis, Beach just a few of the amenities available. Ocean Village is the best value on the Treasure Coast.

We simply have enjoyed our stay at Kurt & Melody’s villa! Everything was clean, all our needs were met and appreciated! Kurt brought golf clubs for my husband who played 3 times & loved the course. Pickleball using felt paddles was fun! The grounds & all of the other activities also was much appreciated! Everyone we met at Ocean Villages was so nice & helpful. We cannot say enough good things about the resort! Kurt, thank you so much for the quick response to our door access issue that we caused!😊

I went by myself. I felt very safe there. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. They also have a nice gym on site that I worked out in. You also have access to the beach.

My daughter and I spent two weeks in this lovely apartment. We couldn't have found a nicer place to be. It was beautifully furnished and everything we could possibly need was there. There was more than adequate drawer space. The king-size bed was super. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in a quiet space at the back.

Just as described in pics - great communication from owners. Lovely flowers and wine with music presented at entry. The master bed has a 4” thick sponge topper which was too much as we like a firm bed but we made it work. There are no grills at all in the complex if you like to grill. The restaurant on site was closed as it was off season but we were happy with the condo all in all.

The condo was exactly as pictured, beachy and cozy! Loved the area and we enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and restaurants. Kurt and Melody made our stay stress free..easy check-in and supplied all the essentials! We would love to come back soon! The flowers and wine were a welcoming surprise!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a lovely and welcoming place. You felt transported into a tropical oasis. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole community was great and the beach was a few minutes walk away and was spectacular. We wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you for your hospitality especially when our plans changed last minute due to a spring snowstorm.

Everything about the condo matched the way it is pictured. We loved the beachy vibe decor and it was comfortable and quiet. Just what we wanted! Kurt and Melody replied promptly to any questions we had and were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

This condo is clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything you need is in the condo. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. We always bring our own chairs and beach umbrella but it's nice to know they are there for your use. Had a small issue with the air conditioning and Kurt was there within the hour to remedy the situation. We don't frequent restaurants and I found everything needed to cook our meals. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. We spent 21 days in this condo. It's our second time at this particular one. I would never consider another condo in OV. A huge thank you to Kurt and Melody. The flowers and wine are such a nice touch after a long drive. We really hated to leave since it feels like a second home.

The home was decorated very beachy which was so fun and bright. The walk to the beach was quick. Loved the additional sink area outside the bathroom. Plenty to do near the condo in Jensen and Fort Pierce. NFL Sunday at the bar on property was lively and plenty of tv’s and specials.

Loved the condo and tropical decor. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Tennis courts right outside the door so playing every morning was so convenient. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. I will definitely be booking again!

We stayed for 5 nights, wish it were longer. Our stay was dampened by a 2 day rain event but the unit was comfortable enough to let us decompress and binge watch some TV and back to the beach when it cleared up. Close to restaurants and Ft. Pierce for grocery shopping and the hosts had a bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us on arrival. If our travels bring us back to the area we would definitely stay again, top notch.

We , the family of four, stayed in the condo for a week. It was our first time in Fort Pierce and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is located very close to the city and multiple beaches. The lived how few people we found on our beach. It was very private. The owners were very easy to reach and very accommodating with any questions we had. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Thank you, Curt and Melody . We will be back. ❤️

Grew up in Fort Pierce and decided to come back for our vacation this year. The condo was just what we needed! Close to everything we wanted to do! We enjoyed the beach, and the fact that everything we needed was already supplied by the owners was a huge bonus! Thank you so much for lending us your space, we will definitely be back!
