Great location for this first floor condo at Ocean Village, centrally located to main pool, restaurant, Tiki Bar, first hole of golf course, main tennis court and minutes to beach. Located at Ocean Villa I Complex this Beachy Condo features a first floor, 1 bedroom King size bed, sofa sleeper, bathroom with walk in tiled shower, additional vanity sink, open floor plan, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, leather sofa bed, this condo sleeps three occupants only, all tile flooring throughout condo, semi private porch located on rear of the condo with 9 foot hedges.. New washer and dryer, beautiful furnishings and Florida décor. Relax outside your patio area and enjoy the wonderful sunshine and beautiful tropical landscaping. Just steps to the first hole of a 9-hole par 3 golf course, Tennis Courts, heated swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffle board, pools and a private ocean front beach. Gated security via 24 hour manned gate. We follow all the latest CDC guidelines regarding covid cleaning protocols. WiFi speeds up to 500Mbps - both TV Smart ROKU devices

Beautiful Unit in lovely community

This unit has all the comforts of home. It is lovely and a very short distance to the pool, beach and restaurant. We enjoyed the private back patio area, watching the cute little bunnies that live there.

Beach Time!

Perfectly apportioned condo for a couple to enjoy rest and relaxation time together. Golf, Tennis, Beach just a few of the amenities available. Ocean Village is the best value on the Treasure Coast.

Wonderful!

We simply have enjoyed our stay at Kurt & Melody’s villa! Everything was clean, all our needs were met and appreciated! Kurt brought golf clubs for my husband who played 3 times & loved the course. Pickleball using felt paddles was fun! The grounds & all of the other activities also was much appreciated! Everyone we met at Ocean Villages was so nice & helpful. We cannot say enough good things about the resort! Kurt, thank you so much for the quick response to our door access issue that we caused!😊

All in all - perfect

My daughter and I spent two weeks in this lovely apartment. We couldn't have found a nicer place to be. It was beautifully furnished and everything we could possibly need was there. There was more than adequate drawer space. The king-size bed was super. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in a quiet space at the back.

Just as described in pics - great communication from owners. Lovely flowers and wine with music presented at entry. The master bed has a 4” thick sponge topper which was too much as we like a firm bed but we made it work. There are no grills at all in the complex if you like to grill. The restaurant on site was closed as it was off season but we were happy with the condo all in all.

Fantastic getaway to a beachside paradise

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! Such a lovely and welcoming place. You felt transported into a tropical oasis. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The whole community was great and the beach was a few minutes walk away and was spectacular. We wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you for your hospitality especially when our plans changed last minute due to a spring snowstorm.
