  • La comunidad de Ocean Village, ubicada en la isla Hutchinson, es aproximadamente una comunidad privada de 120 acres ubicada directamente en el océano. Este nuevo alquiler cuenta con un condominio en el primer piso sin escaleras, 1 habitación con cama King size / 1 baño, plano de planta abierto, cocina mejorada con encimeras de granito, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, sofá cama de cuero, cama king size, este condominio tiene capacidad para 4 adultos o 2 adultos y tres niños pequeños, ducha con lavamanos adicional, pisos de baldosas, porche semi privado ubicado en la parte trasera del condominio. Nueva lavadora y secadora, hermosos muebles y decoración. Siéntese fuera de su patio semi privado rodeado de un seto de 8 pies y disfrute del maravilloso sol y del hermoso paisaje tropical. A solo pasos del primer hoyo de un campo de golf de 9 hoyos par 3, canchas de tenis, 4 piscinas climatizadas, bochas, shuffle board, un restaurante de servicio completo frente al mar, bar tiki junto a la piscina principal y más de una milla de playa privada frente al mar . Seguridad cerrada a través de una puerta abierta las 24 horas.

Clean and bright,too hot for much outdoor activity but there’s golf,tennis and the ocean a short walk away.The gym was clean with good ac.There are multiple pools but the closest one was the largest.The restaurant and tiki bar is closed while the look for a new proprietor

This is the second year we have stayed at this unit. It is very clean, well stocked, close to all of Ocean Villages amenities (pools, fitness center, tennis courts and golf course. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Kurt and Melody’s place is exactly what you want from a beach rental. It’s close to the water, completely decked out in charming beach decor—from the table settings and throw pillows to the little bathroom touches. Everything has that thoughtful beach feel without overdoing it.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and they left us a nice welcome: two glasses, fresh flowers, and a bottle of white wine. Small details like that make a real difference and show how much the owners care.We had the beach umbrella and chairs their unit is supplied with set up within minutes. The vibe of the place genuinely made us feel like we were on vacation the moment we walked in! Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Unit in lovely community

This unit has all the comforts of home. It is lovely and a very short distance to the pool, beach and restaurant. We enjoyed the private back patio area, watching the cute little bunnies that live there.

Beach Time!

Perfectly apportioned condo for a couple to enjoy rest and relaxation time together. Golf, Tennis, Beach just a few of the amenities available. Ocean Village is the best value on the Treasure Coast.

Awesome stay with great Hosts!

Hosts were very accommodating and make their space feel like home. Check in process was easy and very close to the beach. There is a ton of stuff to do in Ocean Village. We love staying here and this spot is definitely our favorite so far!

Great Place!

Great location on Hutchison island. Clean, tidy place in nice condo community. Nice community pool, beach access, easy in and out! Close to Ft. Pierce, restaurants, etc.. would recommend:)!
