Tasteful and Accomodating One Bedroom/One Bathroom Ocean Village Condo!

Our totally updated condo is located in a 24 hour security gated community. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with beautifully groomed grounds and a myriad of amenities to provide you with a wonderful experience. There are 5 heated swimming pools, hot tub, 6 shuffle board courts, 3 bocce ball courts, 10 tennis courts, a 9 hole- par 3 executive golf course, and a fitness center with sauna . A Tiki Bar is located adjacent to one of the pools, and there is also a restaurant available on site. Or you can just relax on the 3,000 feet of private ocean beachfront . Our second floor condo has a King Bed in the master bedroom, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The living room has a couch and ottoman. Comfortable chair and coffee tables, flat screen TV with a DVD/Blue Ray player. Cable and high speed WIFI is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and accessories. Linens are provided for the unit, including beach towels. A washer and dryer are also in the unit. There is an enclosed lanai with seating for quiet evenings overlooking the water and water courtyard fountain. Whether you are looking for an activity filled month or a time for relaxation and rest, you will be truly satisfied vacationing at our lovely Ocean Village condo. Great Week in Fort Pierce

This is a perfectly sized condo for a couple in a great location to enjoy everything on South Hutchinson Island. Our primary purpose was attending our niece's wedding at The Lake House in Fort Pierce but we extended our trip to take in the Florida sun. There were three pools and an ocean to have fun in the water. The condo itself has a nicely appointed kitchen to make a meal before heading out or staying in. All the appliances in the kitchen are full-sized and the refrigerator easily held all of our food. My wife and I stayed one week and took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella and the washer and dryer in the unit. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant on-site, had drinks at the Tiki Bar one afternoon while playing backgammon. There are on-site tennis and pickleball courts and a 9-hole par 3 golf course that looked to be in nice shape. Joe provided all the information we need up-front and appreciated the feedback we provided during our visit.

Quite Beach Get Away!

The value of the property is 2nd to none, 3 minute walk to the sand. Pools in almost every direction. The staff and residents on this property/island were very welcome and almost like a family. We will definitely be coming back to this location “if it’s available” in the future

What a great place!

The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The condo was just a skip through the parking lot to the beach and the Island Bar and Grill, which makes a great burger. Its a straight shot to everything. As for the place, it was perfect. The bed sleeps well, it's stocked with everything you need but food and your bikini. The A/C keeps it nice and cool. Everything was clean and functioning. The Host is kind and helpful. I had nothing to complain about!

To summarize our recent stay at the Ocean Villages, we were very impressed with everything about our time here. Property was as described and provided all the comforts of home. The whole complex was great, the people were friendly, the restaurants were fantastic, the pools were perfect. Definitely ranks up there as one of our favorite stays.

Family Gathering

Beautiful and very private beach only steps away. Basic amenities like a cooler chairs & umbrella for hanging at the beach so you don't have to go buy anything or sit in the hot sand. The balcony is a nice place to sit and have coffee. The couch could be more comfortable, but the king size bed makes up where the couch is lacking. The mural on the shower wall was one of my favorites. This was a wonderful place, and I would stay here again.

Perfect for me

I was looking for a hotel alternative as I visited with nearby family; I didn't want to be a couch surfer in an already crowded house. The unit was perfect for me: clean, comfortable, and safe. The well-maintained community had plenty of included amenities, and it was a very short, easy walk to the beach. I was fortunate to see a baby sea turtle heading to the ocean during one of my evening walks on the beach. I'll definitely seek this unit for future trips.

Beautiful condo in Ocean Village!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Ft. Pierce. Great condo, we really liked the layout and the separate bathroom vanities. Ocean Village is gorgeous and impeccably maintained. We unfortunately had more rain than expected and were not able to enjoy all of the amenities, however we enjoyed relaxing and look forward to visiting again soon! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
