  • One of the best locations in all of Ocean Village. Located directly across from main pool area and access to beach, caddy shack and tennis courts. Our beautiful little spot in paradise has been kept in pristine condition. We are a gated community and as soon as you pass the guard house you will see this very lush community. Well manicured and full of native species of plants and trees. Our home is located on the first floor, parking out front of building. A few steps and you are in the condo, no steps or elevator to climb. Carry your packages right in to our beautiful updated kitchen. Maple cabinets, granite counter tops. All stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit. Coffee makers, toaster oven, air fryer, blender. Etc. Two TVs one in living room and another in bedroom. This is a bright and airy unit with many details that you will enjoy.

    No need to cook every night, join in the fun for happy hour at the restaurant bar, get a seat overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, or if you prefer the main dining room. There are many good restaurants in town or along the Ft Pierce inlet.

    Join in all the activities in Ocean village, lots to do. You can pick up a calendar in the Recreation office. Take long walks in the sand along our pristine private beach on the Atlantic Ocean, just steps from our unit or if you prefer one of our many pools. We have beach chairs, umbrella for your use at the ocean.

    We have taken great care to make our second home a place anyone would love to come back to, a resort with everything at your finger tips, bocce, tennis, golf, Tiki bar for a quick thirst quencher or a lite bite., but I saved the best for last. Our beautiful spectacular sunsets, get your camera out!!

Cozy and comfortable

Mary and Ed made our stay like home away from home. Every amenity we needed was thought of. The location near hole # 1 was ideal for golfing and a short walk to the pool, tiki bar and restaurant.

Overall great experience. There were so many things to do close to the property. The farthest place we went to was about an hour away at Sebastian Inlet. What a beautiful part of the world!Make sure you wear your sunscreen and bug spray!

Ocean Village Stay

Wife & I really enjoyed our stay, Great location, very easy unloading & loading our car with luggage being ground floor unit. Good view of golfer’s if you like to people watch, as unit is right on the course. Our communication with owner’s was good and they are very accommodating.The condo was wonderful for 2 people.

Comfortable and Clean

We very much enjoyed our stay. Condo is comfortable and clean and offers everything that you need to enjoy this lovely property. Word to the wise, if you are prone to bug bites make sure you use bug spray when going outdoors, noseeums are hungry this time of the year.

Ocean Village Condo

This was our second month this winter and we enjoyed the location and all the amenities at Ocean Village. The condo is close to the tiki bar restaurant and ocean. The kitchen had an abundance of equipment and we really enjoyed the new air fryer/toaster. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions.

Ocean Village

Ocean Village has many opportunities for activities. The condo was in a great location and was well appointed. I thought the listing was accurate accept for missing that the main pool and pickle ball courts were not available because they were under construction. Our hosts were immediately responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo on golf course

We love the location of our Ocean Village condo on the golf course and just a short walk to pools, beach and tiki bar and restaurant. It is our second year here. The owners are very good at communicating too. The kitchen has everything we need and we were happy to have a new air fryer/oven to use this year.

Mary & Ed have a great place on the first hole of the golf course. They have everything you need for an extended stay.

Great place to stay

The property was very comfortable and clean. The host provided us with everything we needed. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and replaced a beach umbrella the next day. We would definitely stay here again if it becomes available.

Perfect!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to spend our 2 week vacation! The condo had everything we could have possibly wanted and more. Bed and all furniture very comfortable and the screened in porched was my favorite place to read, eat and watch golfers and world go by. The location was perfect for restaurant, beach and all the other amenities Ocean Village has to offer. If you are looking for a perfect place to enjoy time away, Mary and Ed's is the place to be! Thank you for sharing and we will return!

They Were Accomodating

Our new hire stayed until his long-term rental was ready, relocating from North Carolina. He said "Overall it was fine. They were very attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. Some bug issues… . Everything else was good."
