  • Esta Ocean Villa de 1 dormitorio se encuentra justo al lado del primer hoyo en Ocean Village. Condominio en planta baja en un edificio de tres pisos. A poca distancia del océano y la piscina principal. Mosaico completo y muchas mejoras maravillosas para que sus vacaciones sean cómodas. Cama king de California en la habitación y un sofá cama queen. Dos televisores de pantalla plana. Esta unidad está amueblada con un sofá cama y una sala de estar que se ha construido con pies cuadrados agregados a la sala de estar. Siéntese en su sala de estar con las puertas correderas abiertas y disfrute del cielo nocturno de la temporada fresca mientras observa a los golfistas en el primer green. Disfrutar de su vino favorito o cóctel fresco en la mano se suma al disfrute. No te pierdas este condominio se alquilará rápidamente. Este condominio cuenta con WiFi y TV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y dormitorio.

    Ocean Village es una comunidad cerrada con protección 24/7. El complejo cuenta con 5 piscinas (climatizadas en invierno), 10 canchas de tenis y un campo de golf ejecutivo par-27 de 9 hoyos (hoyo más largo 175 yardas - hoyo más corto 70 yardas) que es gratis en la temporada baja y tiene un Green fee de $ 8 desde aproximadamente el 20 de diciembre hasta una semana después de Pascua. El complejo también tiene su propio restaurante de 4 estrellas que se encuentra junto a la más grande de las 5 piscinas. Junto a la piscina también se encuentra un Tiki Bar al lado de la piscina que está abierto para comidas y bebidas unos 4 o 5 días a la semana, dependiendo del clima, una 'piscina para niños' para niños pequeños, una bañera de hidromasaje, una cancha de petanca, y una sala de ejercicios con sauna y duchas.

Very nice

This is our second time staying at this place. We love it so much. It is quiet and clean and beautiful all around. Very local to some of our favorite restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and pool.

The pool was great, everything with the unit was great except for the washer, it had a bad drum bearing so it would not spin fast enough to get the water out of the clothes,the last few days it threw a bunch of codes and stopped so we stopped using it.Other than that we had a great time. R Loper

Perfect in every way. Full kitchen was a bonus! Very clean and all the comforts of home. Close to everything - all in walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Friends Vacation

This was just the trip we needed. Six friends travelled together and three stayed in this unit. It was just what we needed. Wayne was outstanding to work with and his communication was impeccable. We would totally go back.

We had a great stay at ocean village. The condo was clean and spacious. Perfect location, on the first floor and close to the big pool and tiki bar. Wayne was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had very quickly.

Great place and great host.

We loved this property. Our view was of the golf course and the beach a few steps away. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Wayne was very responsive to any concerns and questions we had. We are coming back next year.

Running from Ian

We found the perfect place to run to when Hurricane Ian was coming at us on the other coast. We felt safe and secure at this condo. Wayne was at the ready for anything we needed. I just wish we could of enjoyed the amenities, but packed in hurry to get out. Would love to come back and relax!!! Really enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

Really nice. Property is exactly as listed. No surprises. Enjoyed everything the grounds had to offer. Any questions to Property Manager was answered promptly. I think that was a big plus.
